Reductions in HRV parameters (pNN50, high-frequency power, low-frequency power, and total power) remained directionally consistent with poorer autonomic function in the HMS group, although the overall models for power variables did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.012–0.033 for group; model p ≈ 0.080).
Practice patterns similarly trended toward increased RA use among more experienced clinicians, although this did not reach statistical significance; conversely, reporting a lack of skill as a barrier decreased significantly with more experience (Fisher’s exact p=0.012).
Vaccination status was a weaker predictor of all three outcomes than both antibody thresholds and did not reach statistical significance for the endpoint oxygen requirement (mortality aOR: 2.646, 95%CI: 1.239–5.650, p = 0.012; ICU aOR: 2.924, 95%CI: 1.368–6.252, p = 0.006).
Although LINC00662 was expressed in all tumoral and nontumoral tissues, its expression was higher in the tumor and peritumoral parenchyma than in cirrhotic CVH parenchyma, but the difference between peritumoral and CVH parenchyma did not reach statistical significance (11.87 and 11.05 fold, p=0.012 and 0.16, respectively).
All four endometrial cell lines demonstrated an enrichment of endometrial cancer heritability in the anchors of promoter-associated loops ( Table 2 ), although the enrichment in Ishikawa loops did not reach statistical significance (Bonferroni threshold, p < 0.0125). 2.3.
10.1136/bmjopen-2021-055392.supp1 Supplementary data Overall, there was a slight female predominance (54%) and although the proportion of male patients did not reach statistical significance in the univariable analysis, male sex was associated with a lower overall risk of relapsing disease (OR 0.16 95% CI 0.04 to 0.68; p=0.014) and time to first relapse (HR 0.46 95% CI 0.24 to 0.89; p=0.011) in multivariable analyses ( figure 1 , online supplemental table 2 ).
While overall performance on healthcare responsiveness ( r = −0.34, p = .075) did not reach statistical significance (although at a borderline level), responsiveness in workplaces ( r = −0.46, p = .014), schools ( r = −0.59, p < .001), and society ( r = −0.53, p = .003) correlated with the overall status – the better the responsiveness, the worse the MH status.
Moreover, it was observed that lnc‐ITSN1‐2 ( Z = −1.852, p = 0.064) had an increasing trend in deaths compared to survivors, but did not reach statistical significance (Figure 4A ); meanwhile, the Th1 cells ( Z = −2.450, p = 0.014), Th17 cells ( Z = −2.124, p = 0.034) and IL‐17A level ( Z = −2.393, p = 0.017) were enhanced in deaths than those in survivors, but not IFN‐γ level ( Z = −1.049, p = 0.294) (Figure 4B‐E ).
