Eleven patients (8.2%) had long-term Densiron 68 retention, while failure was seen in 24 patients (17.9%) There was a trend for higher final reattachment rate after Densiron 68 removal for recurrent RRD (68 eyes (79.1%)) compared with those who had primary RRD (31 eyes (64.6%)) although this did not quite reach statistical significance ( table 3 ; p=0.067).

34 In the LevoRep study, assignment to levosimendan was associated with a 50% lower risk of death, heart transplant, or acute HF compared with placebo, but this difference did not quite reach statistical significance (HR 0.50, 95% CI 0.24–1.025; P = 0.069). 21 It is important to highlight that in our study, repetitive levosimendan administration was safe and well tolerated: the adverse events rate was comparable between the levosimendan and placebo groups, including a similar incidence of patients with an adverse event leading to discontinuation of the therapy.
We observed a strong trend toward reduced tau pathology in the contralateral hippocampus of DMR7- and SKT82-treated mice compared to their respective IgG1 and IgG2b controls, although this did not quite reach statistical significance using two-tailed unpaired Student’s t-tests ( p = 0.069 and 0.077, respectively).
There was no significant interaction between NLR and LVEF category (<40% or ≥40%) for the association with the primary outcome ( P = 0.06) or mortality ( P = 0.27), with NLR significantly associated with the primary outcome in patients with LVEF < 40% (HR 1.24; 95% CI 1.12–1.35, P < 0.001), though the association did not quite reach statistical significance in patients with LVEF ≥40% (HR 1.10; 95% CI 0.99–1.23, P = 0.07).
Similarly, in a sensitivity analysis restricted to patients with biopsy proven KS only, patients with three or more chemotherapy indications had a 2.12 (95% CI 0.93–4.86, Model 1) times risk of rapid chemotherapy initiation, though this did not quite reach statistical significance due to the smaller sample size of patients that had biopsy-proven disease ( p = 0.07).
The pattern of differences in GAD 67 levels was similar in the CP, though these differences did not quite reach statistical significance: main effect of prenatal treatment (F(1, 34)=3.492, P =0.07); diet × prenatal treatment (F(1, 34)=3.556, P =0.068).
As illustrated in Figure 1b , a statistically significant decrease in HMGB1 was found in OA cell nuclei when compared with normal ( P < 0.03), and, although there was more positive staining in the extra-nuclear (cytoplasm and in the cell vicinity) compartment, this did not quite reach statistical significance ( P < 0.07).
