As illustrated in Figure 1b , a statistically significant decrease in HMGB1 was found in OA cell nuclei when compared with normal ( P < 0.03), and, although there was more positive staining in the extra-nuclear (cytoplasm and in the cell vicinity) compartment, this did not quite reach statistical significance ( P < 0.07).
A similar tendency for mice microinjected with AAV2/10-FHA- Pgc-1α and treated with MPTP to turn towards the ipilateral side again did not quite reach statistical significance when analyzed by comparing AAV2/10-FHA- Pgc-1α to AAV2/10- mCherry microinjected mice (95% CI −9.0 to 0.46; p = 0.07), potentially due to statistical noise introduced by varying levels of MPTP toxicity between animals.
The pattern of differences in GAD 67 levels was similar in the CP, though these differences did not quite reach statistical significance: main effect of prenatal treatment (F(1, 34)=3.492, P =0.07); diet × prenatal treatment (F(1, 34)=3.556, P =0.068).
Table 4 shows that men had more than 2 fold higher odds of reporting “≥ 6” to the Tolerance item than did women after controlling for total TWEAK‐IRT scores; however, the result did not quite reach statistical significance ( p = 0.07). 4 Discussion Results showed that JPD scores generated through a random selection of 4 dependency factorizations or through backward selection of a single factorization produced results very similar to those produced from estimating and averaging all 120 permutations of the chain rule factorization.
The percentage of inflammatory monocytes (CD45 + CD11b + Ly6C high CCR2 + ) among CD45 + leukocytes was significantly higher in CpG-treated mice ( P = 0.035; Mann-Whitney U test) while the total number of inflammatory monocytes/animal did not quite reach statistical significance ( P = 0.073; Mann-Whitney U test).
