Participants in the tripod condition built towers that were comparable in height to the seeds (mean height = 54.49 cm, one-sample t-test against seed height of 53.50 cm: t = 0.302, df = 44, p = 0.764), but participants in the cubic condition built towers that were somewhat lower than their original seeds, although this did not quite reach significance (mean height = 39.22 cm, one-sample t-test against seed height of 44.50 cm: t = 1.818, df = 44, p = 0.076).
OS had a similar trend as PFS in these groups, that also did not quite reach significance (HR =1.618 with 95% CI of 0.937 to 2.794, P=0.08), with a post-hoc power analysis indicating 79.5% power to detect a difference in 5-year survival of this magnitude with alpha of 0.05 ( Figure 3 ).
Whole gene deletions were present in 6/166 (3.6%) of familial samples with identified mutations and 15/182 (8.2%) of sporadic samples but this difference did not quite reach significance ( p = 0.08).
IL-10 and IL-12 Responses after In Vitro Antigenic Stimulation of Breastfeeding Infant Leukocytes Were Correlated to Infant’s Own vitD Status Breastfeeding infant leukocyte IL-10 secretion after antigenic challenge appeared to be more closely correlated to the infant’s own vitD status ( Figure 6 A) rather than to maternal status, which did not quite reach significance ( p = 0.08; Table S1 ).
Fecal Propionate RS effect overall: Propionate concentrations were significantly increased in the HAMS period ( p < 0.001) and to a lesser degree in the HAMSA period ( p = 0.03) ( Table 2 , Figure 2 ), although the difference between HAMS and HAMSA did not quite reach significance ( Table 2 , p = 0.09).
8 C ) and asymmetry (Fig 8 D ) also shows significant sinusoidal modulation (reduced χ 2 1.9 and 2.8 times better than the null model), accounting for 39.2% and 68.2% of the variance ( t (9) = 2.41, P = 0.04; t (9) = 4.40, P = 0.002), respectively, but the modulation of mean speed responsiveness (not shown) did not quite reach significance ( t (9) = 1.94, P = 0.09).
Although the difference between the Same and Reverse conditions did not quite reach significance when collapsing across stimulus, t (11) = 1.89, p = .09, the decrease in priming for the Reverse condition was significant when the analysis was restricted to Complete objects, t (11) = 1.89, p < .05, consistent with previous findings ( Dobbins et al., 2004; Schnyer et al., 2006 ).
