Finally, although higher BMI demonstrated only borderline significance in the multivariate analysis, we believe weight control is advisable for obese patients.

Our findings demonstrate a modest but significant improvement in DSS for those diagnosed with metastasis of ATC, FTC (borderline significance), MTC, and OTC in the most recent decade (2012–2022) compared to earlier periods.

Results of univariate analysis of disease‐free survival using Cox (Table 2 ), Ki‐67 LI, pT, PR status, lymph node metastasis, TACC2 status, adjuvant endocrine therapy, and chemotherapy were demonstrated to be significant prognostic factors for disease‐free survival and histological grade was detected as the borderline significance.

As an example, results revealed substantial differences among the methods for the age 40+ compared to 18–29 RR as the set-to-failure and closest-VL are significant, borderline significance for omit-participant, and far from significant for the repeat-binary and repeat-continuous RMVL methods (p>0.50).

However, given the borderline significance and absence of significant differences in other subgroups, these findings should be interpreted with caution.
