Most recently, in a study of 88 cases out of a cohort of 5519 ( Swerdlow et al , 2001 ), borderline significance was found for MOPP chemotherapy compared to other treatment regimens.

While the CIs for some quartile groups widened and the P values approached borderline significance, the overall trend was consistent with the primary analysis.

Notably our permutation test showed the same tendency towards over-representation of haplogroup HV* in Seph patients with nephropathy (Table 4 ) with borderline significance (see Additional file 1 – Table 1).
