Under light-adaptation (ambient illumination), while R1-R6s of both genotypes exhibited significant improvements in their image resolution ( D wild-type = 9.81 ± 3.7%, D hdc = 14.85 ± 6.95%), the difference between the two groups decreased and was at the margin of statistical significance ( Appendix 6—figure 6E ; p=0.058, t-test).
Furthermore, Table 3 shows higher incidence rates at the margin of statistical significance for not complicated diabetes (2.52% vs. 0.61%, p = 0.059) and gastrointestinal diseases (7.04% vs. 3.41%, p = 0.062) including GERD (5.54% vs. 2.33%, p = 0.052) in the HZ cohort.
By 1 week after the initiation of differentiation (7 days after the start of NGF, exposure to 5 μM CPF for the final 3 days), there was a small decrement in DNA content at the margin of statistical significance ( p < 0.06) and no change in viability as assessed with trypan blue staining ( Figure 4A ).
In Table 1 and Figure 2b , the protective potency of the mixture was more effective compared with therapeutic, and the protective group showing p value at the margin of statistical significance ( p < .075) close to being statistically significant (Dahiru, 2008 ).
The indirect effect via TNFSF18 was at the margin of statistical significance (β indirect : 0.054, 95% CI: -0.006 to 0.115; OR: 1.06, 95% CI: 0.99-1.12; P = 0.077) and was estimated to account for 47.0% of the total causal effect, indicating a potential role for the GITR-GITRL signaling pathway in H. pylori -driven carcinogenesis.
The paediatric consultation rate showed a positive association of small magnitude, at the margin of statistical significance (IRR = 1.001; 95% CI 1.000–1.003; p = 0.086), whereas SMC activity was not statistically associated with reported incidence (IRR = 0.989; 95% CI 0.955–1.024; p = 0.525).
An additional analysis of the peak-to-peak amplitude between P200 and N200 components revealed significant difference between the “citrus” and “water” conditions: t = 2.679, p < 0.05, while the differences between “vanilla” and “water” were at the margin of statistical significance: t = 1.754, p = 0.086.
Surprisingly, after the second dose of vaccine (V3), higher SARS-CoV-2-specific T-cell response levels were observed in SARS-CoV-2-naïve subjects with solid cancer at the margin of statistical significance ( p = 0.092) ( Table 3 ).
