Although the association between mortality and arrhythmia (AOR 1.56, 0.90-2.70) did not reach statistical significance, the p-value was approaching significance, indicating a possible trend toward increased mortality in this group.

Any two-way interaction that was significant (α = 0.05) or approaching significance (<.10) was followed up with direct examinations of the underlying effects of interest, that is, potential differences between the two sessions (corresponding to on and off treatment for the patient groups) separately for each group and for each verb-type or object-type.

When we tested the three markers with significant association by simple regression (MMPs 14, 11 and DDR2), the model performance lacked sufficient specificity, so we tested different markers that have shown approaching significance, and the most significant performance metrics enhancement was achieved when MMP2 was included instead of MMP11.

Table 2 shows that the baseline body fat of slow walkers in the 15-week group was about 7.5 kg or 20% higher than in the fast walkers, a difference only approaching significance.

Moreover, a GSEA using Mueller PluriNet gene set (includes common characteristics of pluripotent cells from the different origin) found significant enrichment in six cancer types and enrichment approaching significance in the other four cancer types ( Figure 4D , Supplementary Figure 7A ).

The Wilcoxon signed-rank test did not support the rejection of the null hypothesis (p-value = 0.09120000), therefore while this value is approaching significance, it was concluded that there was no significant increase in the participants' confidence in knowledge regarding the path to becoming a physician (Table 1 ).

A moderate negative Spearman correlation was observed between age and SUS scores (r = −0.526), with a p -value ( p = 0.053) approaching significance ( Figure 3 ).

Effects of time and its interaction with treatment were displayed only when statistically significant or approaching significance.

At rest there were no differences between the groups but CEN-DMN was approaching significance with a p-value of 0.052 (see Table 4 ).

For the algorithm r 2 was set to 0.8, minor allele frequency (MAF) to >0.05 in the CEU population, and SNPs associated or approaching significance in previously published studies were force included (Table 2 ) 20 , 21 .

While the constant (B=66.599,p<.001B = 66.599, p <.001B=66.599,p<.001) is significant, the predictors show minimal influence, with “Compassionate Care” approaching significance but not reaching it. 5 Discussion The discussion section of this study provides critical insights into the complex relationship between empathy and assertiveness among undergraduate medical students, emphasizing the need for a nuanced understanding of these interpersonal skills.

observed that within their 1st year of life, infants born to patients with PCOS and GDM exhibited less weight gain than control, but the difference was only approaching significance [ 17 ].

Results showed that z 3 and z 2 were approaching significance; thus, z 3 was excluded from the model.

Similarly, when responding to the self-name, responses were significantly faster when the name was accompanied by the self-face (Target Name-Distractor Face congruence) relative to a friend’s face, t (33) = 3.19, p <.017, d = .289, or a stranger’s face, t (33) = 2.40, p = .022, d = .217 (closely approaching significance at.017; Target Name-Distractor Face incongruence), suggesting that the presence of the self-face facilitated self-name processing.

F-ratios and probabilities are reported for significant results and results approaching significance, whereas F-ratios alone are presented for other comparisons.

In contrast, we didn’t find a deficiency on any mouse chromosomes but we did find it is significantly deficient on the human X and approaching significance on the monkey X.

Conclusions The results of the study yielded significant differences between elderly individuals with CLBP and NCLBP, with the CLBP participants scoring higher in the psychosocial dimensions of pain interference, fatigue, and the approaching significance in regards to the dimension of sleep disturbance.

These patterns were broadly consistent across simpler specifications: the workplace systems domain was already significant in Models 1-2, while psychological impacts and workplace support showed similar directions with P values approaching significance.
