A small correlation approaching significance (r=.285, p=.067) indicated that with a larger sample size the trust subscale may be correlated with the questions about the individual and other TTMs having trust of the CMs in their respective villages.

Studies conducted in Central-South America showed a trend for weaker association compared to other areas; one with no association 48 , one with approaching significance level (p = 0.067) 54 , and one with disappearance of significance after adjustment with confounders 40 in 5 studies.

To confirm H2A.Z depletion from chromatin, we conducted ChIP in area CA1 from H2A.Z cKO and control female mice and showed an approximately 25% reduction in H2A.Z binding at Fos (t 10 = 3.23, p = 0.009), Arc (t 10 = 2.53, p = 0.03), Gadd45b (t 10 = 2.29, p = 0.05), and Fkbp5 (t 9 = 2.47, p = 0.04) genes, with reduced H2A.Z binding at Th approaching significance (t 10 = 2.05, p = 0.068) (Fig. 2 d).

Subjective measures of affect and cognition Overall, main effects of session reached significance on anxiety (as assessed by DASS-21) ( F 2, 19.380 = 6.023; p = .009, η p 2 = 0.38), eta = .551), depression (as assessed by DASS-21) ( F 2, 9.979 = 8.104; p = .008, η p 2 = 0.18), and non-judgment (as assessed by FFMQ) ( F 2, 10.182 = 14.018; p = .001, η p 2 = 0.45), while approaching significance in stress (as assessed by DASS-21) ( F 2, 20.355 = 3.070; p = .068, η p 2 = 0.21), see Fig. 3 .

Non-Caucasian patients had shorter median travel times, with the association approaching significance (p = 0.068).
