ANOVA showed significant group differences on the shape changes over 24 months for the left hippocampus ( p = 2.24 × 10 −5 ) and approaching significance for the right hippocampus ( p = 5.20 × 10 −2 ).

Differences were observed in the binding of fresh and frozen-thawed sperm treatments in the serum-free treatments, approaching significance ( P = 0.052).

The relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly higher in cases at 12 (P = 0.043) and approaching significance at 24 (P = 0.0524) months of age compared to controls ( S2 Table ).

Students reported a greater impact of OR shadowing than clinic shadowing on their interest in plastic surgery, approaching significance (p=0.0527).

The treatment effect was approaching significance when controlling diagnosis (p = 0.053), as well as age (p = 0.057).

There was an interaction between gender and experimental group for the frontal-frontal interhemispheric coherence scores that was approaching significance, F (3,39) = 2.80, p = .053.

However, a diet effect was approaching significance ( p = 0.053) for brine pump uptake, as FIB had a slightly greater pump uptake than CON bellies by 0.41%.

These two items were the only areas of suicide literacy with either significant improvement ( p < 0.05 for alcoholism and suicide) or improvement approaching significance ( p = 0.053 for changing mind).

The main effect of Velocity was also approaching significance (F (1,22) = 4.183, p = 0.053, η p 2 = 0.160), with slow touch leading to marginally greater proprioceptive drift than fast touch.

Conversely, sharing personal data with AI showed a marginal difference approaching significance ( χ 2 = 9.367, p = 0.053), with adolescents slightly more likely than parents to share personal information with AI systems (30% vs. 18%, respectively).

There was a significant difference overall in the change in testosterone levels over time between the different feeding protocols ( p < 0.001); the 5 h time period explained 16% of the variance ( p = 0 < 0.001), and the different feeding protocols explained a further 17% of the variance, with a feeding protocol x time interaction approaching significance; p = 0.053 ( Figure 1 ).

IrAEs were associated with a significantly higher OS (hazard ratio [HR] 0.319; 95% CI 0.113–0.906; p = 0.032) as well as a higher PFS, approaching significance (HR 0.428; 95% CI 0.181–1.012; p = 0.053).

The EC analysis revealed a marginal interaction effect between “Event” and “Nationality” (see Figure 2 ), approaching significance [F (4, 755) = 2.345, p = .053] without meeting conventional statistical thresholds, suggesting a potential trend where the impact of different events on EC scores may not be consistent across nationalities, indicated by varying trajectories for each group.

Tumor size, analyzed as a continuous variable, showed a trend toward worse outcomes, approaching significance for OS (HR 1.290; 95% CI, 0.997-1.660; P = .053; Table 4 ) and for RFS (HR 1.297; 95% CI, 0.979-1.717; P = .070; Table 3 ).

On sensitivity analysis excluding a patient who died within 4 days of ICI initiation, survival differences became more pronounced, with median OS reaching significance by Kaplan–Meier estimation (4.1 months, P = 0.047) and the Cox model approaching significance (hazard ratio 0.47, P = 0.053; Fig. 2 d, Table 2 ).

RCTs were more likely than non-RCTs to result in a change to international guidelines, approaching significance (odds ratio 4.90, 95% CI 0.75–36.7; p = 0.053).

Step 3 of the mediation showed that the mediator (dAI-MCC connectivity within the dorsal salience subsystem) controlling for age, was closely approaching significance, b = 0.097, β = 0.19, t (108) = 1.95, p = 0.053 (path c).

However, a trend toward reduced body weight gain was noted with increasing levels of BMS supplementation, with the P -value approaching significance ( P = 0.053). 3.2 Internal organs Organ weight data are presented in Table 4 .

A significant association was observed between HbA1c and IHS4 in univariate analysis ( p = .004), with multivariable analysis approaching significance ( p = .053) after adjusting for covariates.

The mean orientation error for the SR case (1.7 ± 1.5 deg) was significantly lower than the Clin (8.0 ± 5.8 deg; p = 0.019) and approaching significance for RS (3.8 ± 2.2 deg; p = 0.053) case.

At 3 months, parents of newly diagnosed children reported significantly greater interference with daily life (56.96±23.24 vs 39.00±19.12, p=0.040) and emotional impact (53.91±20.78 vs 33.50±22.12, p=0.016), with total scores approaching significance (55.42±19.41 vs 40.69±19.13, p=0.053) ( online supplemental table S3 ).
