On the other hand, for model 3, the MoRSAE approached significance in association with PTSD in the NCPTSD-TRACTS cohort (beta = -0.1707, p = 0.05) and had significant difference in risk scores between cases and controls ( p = 0.018) (Figure S7); however, the direction of effect was opposite to that observed in the discovery cohort.
The agreeableness week interaction effect on fatigue approached significance when controlling for time ( B = 0.13, SE = 0.07, p = 0.05), but not when only later reports were included ( B = 0.10, SE = 0.11, p = 0.384).

More specifically, improvement on one question from the “Screen time behavior and monitoring” category (#11: my child spends less than 2 h on TV/games/computer per day) approached significance, P = .05, and improvement on one question from the “Child activity involvement” category (#17: my child does physical activity during his/her free time) was statistically significant ( P = .03).
