Early in the nestling phase, the difference between the prenatally TH-supplemented and control group approached significance (day 7, Tukey post hoc test: TH versus control: t 46.2 =1.804, P =0.078).

At 1 year of age, antifungal use in the first year of life approached significance ( R 2 = 0.00458; P = 0.078), and both breastfeeding at 1 year ( R 2 = 0.00525; P = 0.020) and study center ( R 2 =0.00163; P = 0.0010) were significantly associated with differences in mycobiota community composition.

3.4.4 H2d locus of control For internal locus of control at T7, the base model approached significance, F (4, 46) = 2.26, p = .078 ( R 2 = .16, adjusted R 2 = .09).

No other RL model parameters emerged as significant predictors of ASA or OtherSE (all p>.250, except β which approached significance as a predictor of ASA, OR 0.09 [0.01-1.30], p=.078).

Regarding ratings of self-confidence, the two-way ANOVA resulted in an interaction effect between group and time that approached significance ( F = 2.236; p = 0.078).
