PCL Cluster D Negative Cognition and Mood scores also showed significant time effects ( F (1) = 11.49, P = 0.002, η 2 = 0.219) and time by treatment interactions approached significance ( F (1) = 3.26, P = 0.078, η 2 = 0.074).
Preoperative renal failure approached significance (RR = 3.81, p = .078) (Table 4 ).
The comparison between RNAiso Plus and snap freezing approached significance (mean difference: 0.273, 95% CI: −0.025 to 0.572, p = 0.078), while RNAiso Plus and RNA Later storage showed comparable purity levels (mean difference: −0.063, 95% CI: −0.361 to 0.236, p = 0.865) ( Table 1 ). 3.2.2. 260/230 absorbance ratio analysis for organic contamination The 260/230 absorbance ratio assessment, which reflects potential contamination by organic compounds, salts, and carbohydrates, showed no statistically significant differences among the three preservation methods (one-way ANOVA: F 2,33 = 1.295, p = 0.288, η 2 = 0.073).
LRR was associated with TNFα ( P = 0.004) and approached significance with CD14 ( P = 0.078) and IL-6 ( P = 0.062) in community children, but there was no evidence of these associations among hospitalized children.
The interaction effect approached significance between group and time for self-confidence ratings ( F = 2.24, p = 0.078 ).
However, a number of other interactions approached significance: the three-way interaction between emotion type, anxiety and linear time ( b = −0.22 SE = 0.13 t = −1.77, p = 0.078); emotion type, age and quadratic time ( b = 0.11, SE = 0.06 t = 1.88, p = 0.06); emotion type, anxiety, age and linear ( b = 0.18 SE = 0.11 t = 1.66, p = 0.098) and quadratic time ( b = 0.19 SE = 0.12 t = 1.65, p = 0.099).
Anxiety approached significance (β = − 0.15, p = .078) but did not cross the threshold.
In multivariable analyses, testicular radiation ≥1 Gy (median dose, 12 Gy) and a CED of ≥12 g/m 2 were independent risk factors for having azoospermia in adulthood, whereas a longer interval since the completion of cancer therapy approached significance as a protective factor ( p = .078).
Liver metastasis approached significance with an HR of 1.89 (95% CI: 0.93–3.87, p = 0.078) [ Table 4 ]. 4.
Additionally, across all participants, there was an effect of time in decreasing median MV-PVS volume that approached significance ( p = 0.078) with bed rest.

Association of hair cortisol with stress reactivity and habituation (hypothesis 2) The correlation of HCC with individual cortisol reactivity, as derived from the first TSST ( M = 0.133 [Δ max log(nmol/l)], SD = 0.409) (H2a), approached significance: ρ = .21, p = .078 (see Fig. 3B ).
Difference between treatment groups in adjusted mean synovitis score change approached significance (−0.69 (95% CI −1.45 to 0.08); p=0.078).
The difference in DVT rates between the two groups approached significance ( p = 0.078), suggesting that while the initial 7 days showed no significant difference in the anticoagulation regimen’s effectiveness, the benefits of continuous prophylaxis with Rivaroxaban became more apparent over time.
At 6 months, patients with previous thyroidectomy undergoing ACDF had higher risk of dysphagia that approached significance (aOR=1.26, P=.078).
In Model 5, the effects of maternal education on the linear growth parameter approached significance ( p = .078), and diminutives had effects on the linear ( p = .029) and quadratic ( p = .013) growth parameters.
FTD mutation carriers with higher baseline CSF rejuvenation composite levels demonstrated slower global cognitive and functional declines, and slower plasma NfL increases which approached significance ( P = 0.078), relationships that were not evident in clinically normal non-carrier adults ( Table 2 ; Fig. 2 ; Supplementary Fig. 1 ).

Table 4 shows that PA was not a significant predictor for both reading fluency and reading comprehension, which is in line with Hypothesis 6 , although the effect for reading comprehension approached significance ( p = .078), and it had a small unique contribution to the prediction of reading comprehension based on the squared semi-partial correlation.
Statistical analysis showed that this difference approached significance (P=0.078; Table II ). pCR (stage ypT0N0) was observed in 37.5% (3/8) of patients in the CIT group and 13.6% (3/22) of those in the CT group.
Separate paired t -tests indicated that this increase approached significance in both the BWV ( t (1, 11) = −1.985, P = 0.078, mean increase: 15.3% (SD: 26.6%)) and Mindfulness ( t (1, 11) = −2.018, P = 0.069, mean increase: 14.5% (SD: 28.7%)) groups, but not in the Iyengar group ( t (1, 8) = −0.989, ns, mean increase: 9.4% (SD: 29.6%)).
