Regarding the results of the cytokine secretion, while the magnitude of the effects is small, it seemed that MIM-10 induced an overall trend of a reduction in the secretion of IL-10 and IFN-γ, accompanied by an increase in the IL-6, IL-9, and IL-17A secretion, when compared with the Veh., within the four analyzed donors ( Figure 3B–F ).
