As can be seen from Figure 3 B, with the increase in alcohol concentration, the bacterial concentration of the Cl-p strain showed an overall trend of decline, and the strain could grow normally under the conditions of 0~7% ethanol concentration, while the strain could still grow when the ethanol concentration was 9%.
An overall trend of reduction in NP accumulation was evidenced after 24 h in all organs, except for PFDL-SDS accumulation in the spleen and the kidney, for which a trend to higher accumulation was observed after 24 h ( Figure 5 ).
We completed our analyses of temporal data in a sequential way and at different spatial scales to enable examination of site occupancy trajectories for each species: (1) when combining all data for an overall trend over time; (2) for trends over time in each study; and (3) for trends over time for each of the most important experimental contrasts within a given study (see Table 1 ).
Together, and consistently with another report [ 32 ], we showed that oncogenic expression induced autophagy independently of the cell type, while the strength of DDR signalling and precise kinetics of autophagy induction were oncogene- and cell type-dependent, with an overall trend for the DDR activation to precede autophagy induction.
In this study, the MsRCI2D,-E genes in alfalfa could respond to salt and alkali stress and be regulated by ABA; the expression levels of the MsRCI2D,-E genes in roots and leaves showed an overall trend first increasing and then decreasing, but the up-regulation of the MsRCI2E gene was more rapid than that of the MsRCI2D gene ( Figure 2 ).
