Although the specifics vary by country setting, these have often included pressures towards marketization of health services [ 4 ], civil service restructuring [ 5 ], decentralization [ 6 , 7 ] and an overall trend towards increasing geographical and socioeconomic disparities in many countries.
[ 23 ], we observed an overall trend to slightly higher viral load in a random sample of individuals infected with CRF02_AG (average VL (CRF02_AG)} = 5.13 Log10 RNA copies/mL), compared to those infected with a subtype A or G isolate (average VL (subtype A and G) = 4.58 Log10 RNA copies/mL) (Table 1 ), although this difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.213, t-test).
Specifically, there is an overall trend of performance declining as more connections are retained—starting from a near-minimum threshold of at least 1%, increasing in steps of 10%.
The per capita ecological footprint of arable land gradually increased from 0.5042 in 2006 to 0.6995 in 2021, showing an overall trend of annual growth.
The dynamics of these simulations are dependent on the parameterization of the two PFTs, but suggest an overall trend of steeper canopy gradients favoring light demanding PFTs.

4 Discussion Event study findings indicate an overall trend of net income gains with increased federal tax liability in Medicaid expansion states over time.
The ED length of stay showed an overall trend of increasing revisit risk with longer stays, with particularly high SHAP values observed in patients staying for more than 4 hours, although with considerable variability.

BAT of BMRKO-HFD mice showed an overall trend of decrease in the expression of genes related to fatty acid metabolism, including Acot1 , Acot4 , Acsm3 , Hsd11β1 , Ehhadh , Ucp3 , Slc27a2 , Dagla , and Slc22a5 ( Fig. 4 B).
