While we could see increased B cell numbers in general and IL-10 producing B cells in particular in popliteal lymph nodes immunized with Sm14 and SmTrx1 (a trend towards significance for SmTrx1 (p = 0.0517)) ( Fig 5 ), B cells were not the only cells responding to the molecules.
Moreover, it was observed that patients with depression had a slightly higher median exfoliation score than those without depression (however, the result show a trend towards significance: medians: 9 vs. 5, respectively; p = 0.0518; Figure 2 C).
A trend towards significance was seen in the impact of the labour induction rate (p = 0.0518).
The different striatal regions were also compared using a multivariate analysis using age and PD duration as covariates of no interest: the right caudate (F(1,24)=8.91, p=0.006), right putamen (F(1,24)=6.60, p=0.02) and left putamen (F(1,24)=4.59, p=0.04) remained significant with a trend towards significance in the left caudate (F(1,24)=4.18, p=0.052).
EAT‐26 In model 2, controlling for participants’ age and severity of autistic traits (RAADS-R), SPQ-SF35 Touch predicted the EAT-26 Total Score (b = − 0.519, p = 0.031); a trend towards significance emerged at the subscales Dieting (b = − 0.289, p = 0.052), and Bulimia and Food Preoccupation (b = − 0.124, p = 0.078).
CPB time showed a trend towards significance with a shorter time in patients with an anatomical variation [81 min (IQR: 76–97) vs. 98 min (IQR: 83–128); P = 0.052].

However, for adolescents, a trend towards significance was observed between pre- and post-intervention ( p = 0.052). 3.2 Post-hoc analyses: social anxiety and school attendance 3.2.1 Changes in social anxiety over time Post-hoc analyses were conducted to further explore changes in social anxiety symptoms over time and their association with school attendance at different time points.
No differences in outcomes or complications were seen when comparing glucose cutoff groups only in patients without diabetes (all P > .21) or only in patients with diabetes (all P > .052), however there was a trend towards significance for PE ( P = .052) and VTE ( P = .055) for those with a diabetes diagnosis.

Our schizophrenic group had a trend towards significance for the latency interaction [ Table 3 : p=0.052 (2×2×2 ANOVA), 0.08 (2×2 ANOVA) in the incongruent condition only] in the response time, and this was not related with the difference time periods between the cue and the probe, but it was related to the functional disruption of the left-side language network in the incongruent condition only.
Global volume differences at study entry and over two years At study entry ( N = 57), differences in global volumes with a trend towards significance were found in the brainstem ( P = 0.052).
Likewise, differences in plasma p -tau181 were observed between CU and dementia ( p = 0.048) as well a trend towards significance when considering CU and MCI ( p = 0.052) (Fig. 3 ).
