However, the present analysis revealed that individuals with higher preoperative superoxide dismutase (SOD) concentration who did not develop delirium were characterized by increased miR-183-5p levels (a trend toward significance; p < 0.1).
Moreover, a trend toward significance was found for the contrast between the Lip Movement Interference and the No Interference condition [ F (1, 12) = 4.488, p < 0.1].
P > 0.05 was considered statistically significant, but P < 0.1 was considered as a trend toward significance and indicated with # . # P < 0.1, * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, *** P < 0.001, and **** P < 0.0001.
In order to identify the variables that were most predictive of 3 and 6-month PTSD severity, all clinical and neuropsychological variables, and any confounding variable that emerged as significant or showed a trend toward significance ( P < 0.10), were entered into a best subsets regression analysis.
However, a trend toward significance ( p < 0.1) was observed for the attribute texture, with D10d5 being the highest rated by consumers and batch d15 the least valued.
Statistical significance was declared at P values of <0.05, and a trend toward significance was considered at values of 0.05 < P < 0.10.
A trend toward significance was defined as 0.05 ≤ p < 0.10.
‘*’, ‘**’, ‘***’, and ‘****’ are used in figures to denote statistical significance at the p≤0.05, 0.01, 0.001, and 0.0001 levels, respectively, and ‘o’ is used to indicate a trend toward significance (defined as 0.05<p≤0.1).
Analysis of subtypes of depression according to no depression, non-endogenomorphic depression, and endogenomorphic depression showed a trend toward significance [ F (2, 46) = 2.46, p < 0.1].
Unfortunately, there was no significant reduction found in willingness or capacity, although there was a trend toward significance for slight image creation and image protection ( p < 0.10).
The dependent variable was “Treat early” (defined as treating within 1 h of headache onset), and candidate independent variables were those determined to be clinically relevant and/or which had a trend toward significance ( P < 0.1) on univariate analysis.
Differences were declared significant at p < 0.05 and considered a trend toward significance at 0.05 ≤ p < 0.10.
Comparisons of the L6 and M6 groups and of the L36 and M36 groups in age, sex, and variables that were statistically significant or showed a trend toward significance ( p < 0.10) on univariate comparison were included in the multivariate models.
In addition, there was a trend toward significance between two groups for “Staying home” ( p < 0.1), with higher score for patients with FTD.
All but two of the other correlations (narrow and medium stance widths at 10°), however, showed a trend toward significance (p < 0.100).
sporadic) demonstrated a trend toward significance with an HR of 2.10 (95% CI: 0.86–5.08, P = .10).
Significant factors, and those showing a trend toward significance ( p < 0.1), in the univariate logistic analysis were entered into multivariate forward and backward logistic regression analyses.
Of these 702 candidate genes, 49 were differentially regulated in treated ACH-2 cells ( p -value < 0.05 with moderated t -test; Supplementary Table S3 —labeled in green), with 21 more indicating a trend toward significance ( p < 0.1 is labelled in red).
Other pathways with a trend toward significance included arginine and proline metabolism, tryptophan metabolism, thiamine metabolism, and primary bile acid biosynthesis (0.05 < p < 0.10) ( Figure 3 ).
However, channels 14, 23, 24, and 25 showed a trend toward significance (in terms of HbO 2 increase, P < 0.1).
Changes in the expression of five transcripts (TOB1, NR4A2, EGR1, TIPARP, and ADM) reached statistical significance ( p ≤ 0.05) as detected by qPCR, whereas changes in the expression of three other genes (CD69, PPP1R3C, and CXCR7) exhibited a trend toward significance ( p ≤ 0.1; Table 4 ).
Cohort 2017′s higher chest compressions compared to 2015 showed a trend toward significance ( p < 0.10), then the rate decreased significantly from 2017 to 2021, when the rate was statistically indistinguishable from 2015.
3 F), while a trend toward significance ( p < 0.1) was seen in those with a tobacco-use history (Fig. 3 F).
All variables included in the regression were significant ( p < 0.05) or showed a trend toward significance ( p < 0.10).
Significance was set at p < 0.05, and a trend toward significance was recognized as p < 0.10.
