A trend toward significance in DDI‐L responder patients with a better OS ( p = 0.085, Figure S4A ) was evidenced.

Resident perception of MOBE utility was increased in the post-intervention survey, with a trend toward significance ( p = 0.085) [Fig. 1 ].

There was a trend toward significance in surgical approach ( p = 0.0857) and surgery involving the thoracic spine (OR 0.1539582 [0.008965574, 2.643795], p = 0.0805).

The main effect of the Breakfast Task Version showed a trend toward significance, Huynh-Feldt F (1.87, 78.6) = 2.576, MSE = 0.159, p = 0.086, η 2 = 0.058 with no interaction, F (1.87, 78.6) = 1.359, MSE = 0.159, p = 0.262, η 2 = 0.031.

The ANCOVA analysis allowed us to significantly differentiate MS patients from controls using the same linguistic features as in the case of automated analysis, except for content words, where we only achieved a trend toward significance ( p = 0.086; see Figure S1 ).

The association between DNA methyltransferase 1 and NR3C1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells There was no significant correlation between DNMT1 and NR3C1 exon 1F mean DNAm ( r s = 0.031, p = 0.752, Figure 3A ), but a trend toward significance between DNMT1 mean DNAm and NR3C1 relative gene expression ( r s = 0.215, p = 0.086).

The difference between these correlations showed a trend toward significance (z = −1.37, p = 0.086).

The Group × Time × Position interaction showed a trend toward significance (F (2, 58) = 2.56, p = 0.086), suggesting that position-dependent responses may warrant further investigation.

Although father’s employment status showed a trend toward significance ( p = 0.086), it did not reach statistical significance.

In contrast, the frequencies of cribriform architecture, foamy macrophages, apoptotic changes, and nuclear reduction did not differ significantly between subgroups (p>0.05), while lymphocytic infiltration showed a trend toward significance (p=0.086) ( Table 3 ).
