No obvious differences could be estimated upon induced CAV1 expressions, although phosphorylated HSP27 levels showed a slight trend to be increased in CAV1 WT and CAV1 P132L-expressing LNCaP cells ( Figure 1A and Supplementary Figure S1 ).
