Using the chimeric model that donor peripheral T cells can be distinguished with BM-derived T cells from WT Ly5.1 + congenic donors, we found that, compared with the Fli1 WT group, the marrow-derived cells in the recipients of Fli1 fl/WT Cre + grafts also had a significant reduction in the PD-1 + CXCR5 + Tfh cell–like population, along with a significant trend toward increased PD-1 + CXCR5 + cells that coexpressed CD4 + FoxP3 + , also known as T follicular regulatory–like (Tfr-like) cells ( Supplemental Figure 2D ).
After a dose–response study, which allowed us to choose an oxalate concentration of 50 μmol/g ( Figure A1 ), all of our experiments were performed on males, excluding one comparative experiment that may have shown that both male and females were sensitive to the OXA diet; this is despite there not being a significant trend for more severe phenotypes in females ( Figure A2 ), suggesting that gender does not influence oxalate nephrotoxicity, which is a major advantage of our protocol.
Over the past 2 decades, there has been a significant trend toward arthroscopic stabilization, with arthroscopic surgery accounting for nearly 90% of procedures from a 2009 national database. 23 , 32 Several studies have previously compared the costs of arthroscopic and open techniques of anterior shoulder stabilization. 1 , 21 , 26 , 30 Min et al 21 found arthroscopic Bankart repair was a more cost-effective method of treating primary shoulder instability than was the Latarjet procedure.
Univariate and multiple logistic regression analyses did not reveal any statistically significant variables influencing profilometric analysis; however, when combining phenotype and KMW, thick phenotypes demonstrated a higher proportion of concavity (OR = 4.83) compared to thin ones, suggesting a significant trend.
We found no evidence of a significant trend in VE against hospitalisation with respect to patients’ age ( Table 2 ), which we examined further in the context of an adjusted logistic regression by including additional interaction terms between vaccine and age, and found no evidence that there is a decrease in VE with increasing age ( Supplementary Table S7 ).
These findings demonstrate a significant trend for the cOFC units recorded to be more actively involved during events related to reward processing and the initiation of trials, possibly linked to attentional and reward-evaluation processes, whereas the pACC units recorded showed greater involvement during events associated with aversive outcomes, such as the delivery of airpuffs following particular choices or cues.
