Surprisingly, compared to its corresponding media without WNT3A (BASAL), WNT3A-CM-RSPO1 significantly enhanced the expression of the CCND1 ( p = 0.0051) and c-MYC ( p = 0.0007) genes, while A+B only showed a positive trend compared to A ( p = 0.0689 and p = 0.1049, respectively) ( Figure 2 A).

Results: Across tissue compartments, HIV DNA levels significantly associated with the frequencies of T‐resident memory (Trm, CD45RA‐CD45RO+CD69+) CD4 + T cells ( p = 0.022), while a positive trend ( p = 0.069) was observed for T follicular helper (Tfh) (CD45RA‐CD45RO+PD1+CXCR5+) CD4 + T cells.
