We also observed a positive trend between women with the higher levels of hs-CRP and increased odds of skin lesions (drinking water As, p = 0.05; toenail As, p = 0.08) compared to women with the lowest levels of hs-CRP (aOR water As = 2.32, 95 % CI: 1.00, 5.37; aOR toenail As = 2.03, 95 % CI: 0.85, 4.87).
3.2.2 Intestinal Digestive Enzyme As shown in Table 5 , compared with the control group, the addition of 500 mg/kg pancreatin enhanced the pancreatin activity of the intestine and pancreas; significantly increased ( p < 0.05) trypsin activity in the jejunal digesta and exhibited a positive trend ( p > 0.05) on trypsin activity of the duodenal mucosa; significantly elevated ( p < 0.05) the pancrelipase activity of pancreas, mucosa, and digesta in duodenum, and digesta in jejunum and ileum; and remarkably enhanced ( p < 0.05) the amylopsin activity of pancreas and mucosa and digesta in duodenum.
