10.1136/jitc-2020-000871.supp1 Supplementary data Discussion Our study did not observe a significant difference in overall toxicity between age cohorts, although there was a numerical trend toward lower all-grade and ≥G3 toxicities in the ≥75 years compared with the younger cohort, and the discontinuation rates for toxicity were lowest in the oldest age cohort.
Of note, KCCQ‐12 score significantly improved from preoperatively ( P < .001); however, although there was a numerical trend toward improvement in post‐procedural 6‐minute walk tests, the results were not statistically significant (Table 6 ). 4 DISCUSSION The MV apparatus is a very complex structure with multiple different architectural and dynamic facets that incorporates compliance, preload, and afterload to determine its successful function.
30 In our study of mostly European, HBV genotype A/D, long-term virologically suppressed, HBeAg-negative patients, we observed no association between EOT anti-HBc IgG levels and “milder” HBV DNA relapse, a numerical trend with biochemical flares of any type and, for the first time, demonstrated that severity of off-treatment virologic relapse and biochemical flare is significantly associated with low EOT anti-HBc IgG levels and low but detectable HBcrAg levels.
Although a numerical trend favored revascularization, the differences were not statistically significant in most pooled analyses, and the authors concluded that contemporary OMT may constitute a viable alternative to revascularization in selected low-risk symptomatic patients ( Rodrigues et al., 2025 ).
