A nonsignificant trend was observed wherein ICI‐related hypothyroidism was more common in the 65–75 years group, while ICI‐related arthritis was more frequent in the > 75 years group. 4 Discussion ICI‐associated AEs significantly complicate cancer immunotherapy, particularly in geriatric patients who face increased risks due to age‐related immune senescence [ 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 ].
Categorizing time after symptom onset into <3 days, 4–7 days, 8–14 days, and 15+ days showed odds of death relative to those presenting 8–14 days after symptom onset (group with the lowest odds of death) to be greatest in those presenting <3 days (OR, 3.1; 95% CI, 2.25–4.32) but still increased in those presenting 4–7 days (OR, 1.5; 95% CI, 1.12–2.04), and with a nonsignificant trend to be worse if presenting >14 days (OR, 1.3; 95% CI, 0.85–2.00) ( Figure 3 ).
Of note, a nonsignificant trend for exposure–safety relationship was reported for copanlisib in the phase II CHRONOS‐1 monotherapy trial at the primary data cutoff. 32 The current analysis provides further elucidation of exposure–safety relationships in the larger phase III CHRONOS‐3 trial, supporting no significant relationships.
Also, although ABI <1.0 alone was still found associated with the risk of AF, ABI >1.40 showed a nonsignificant trend in association. 6 Similar results were also reported by Griffin and colleagues, who performed an analogous analysis in the CHS (Cardiovascular Health Study) cohort, an observational population‐based study about risk factors for cardiovascular disease and their influence in disease progression in elderly (≥65 years) subjects. 7 To obtain more robust evidence about the relationship between PAD and AF, we merged together data coming from these 3 large population‐based studies: ARIC Study, MESA, and CHS.

Association between physical activity and cognitive function While the decline in composite cognitive performance from baseline to follow-up did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.635), we observed a nonsignificant trend toward group-level cognitive decline.
To the contrary, in the pre-SMA, there was a nonsignificant trend for phonemic relative to semantic fluency to be stronger in L1 than L2 although this differential effect of language did not reach statistical significance ( Z < 1.6; P > 0.05 uncorrected), see Table 4 for details.
Green-light exposure showed a nonsignificant trend toward a decrease in the SCL [ Fig. 1(f) ]. 3.1.4 Neurosystemic functional connectivity Stimulus-evoked changes in cerebral parameters and systemic physiology correlated statistically significantly for seven pairs of variables: [ O 2 Hb ] (RVC) versus MWA (RPFC), r s = 0.505 ± 0.474 ; [HHb] (LPFC) versus LF, r s = 0.424 ± 0.383 ; [tHb] (LPFC) versus MWA (RPFC), r s = − 0.399 ± 0.419 ; Q versus MWA (RPFC), r s = − 0.379 ± 0.440 ; [HHb] (RVC) versus MWA (RPFC), r s = − 0.358 ± 0.393 ; [HHb] (LVC) versus HF, r s = 0.337 ± 0.374 ; and [HHb] (LVC) versus Q, r s = − 0.311 ± 0.320 .
We did, however, identify a nonsignificant trend in pregnant females, where genital MusGHV-1 positive individuals had lighter body weights than those that tested negative ( Figure 1 ), indicating that during pregnancy, reactivation may lead to decreased body condition [ 61 ], or—conversely—that reduced body condition during pregnancy may promote MusGHV-1 reactivation [ 62 ]. 3.1.
