Indeed, postextinction l -DOPA administration significantly increased the number of potential CS+ offset-related vmPFC pattern reactivations (time × group: F 3,114 = 3.51, P = 0.02, partial η 2 = 0.09; n = 40), particularly 45 min after extinction and there was still a near-significant trend 90 min after extinction (post hoc two-sample t test; pre: P = 0.39; post: 10 min: P = 0.09; 45 min: T 38 = −3.05, P = 0.004, Cohen’s d = 0.97; 90 min: T 38 = −1.95, P = 0.06, Cohen’s d = 0.62; n = 40; Fig. 2e ).
This study also reported a near-significant trend toward greater weight gain during the first 6 months of life for the lactoferrin-supplemented infants, similar to the findings of an earlier study in which lactoferrin supplementation was associated with significantly greater gains in height and weight in formula-fed infants [ 30 ].
M-CH affects hematological recovery after ASCT Despite that no significant differences emerged between patients who are M-CH + and those who are M-CH − at baseline in terms of hematological toxicity after induction chemotherapy or overall hematological recovery after ASCT ( Table 2 ), interestingly, patients who are M-CH + exhibited a near-significant trend to a delayed thrombocytes recovery after ASCT compared with the remaining cohort (median days from ASCT to platelet count of ≥20 × 10 9 /L: 15 vs 13, respectively; P = .053).
Cellular density was not significantly associated; however, there was a near-significant trend that cases with “sparse” tissue were more often categorized as “mild” and less often as “high.” Both mitotic count and Ki-67/MIB-1 PI were significantly higher in the “medium” versus “sparse” tissue categories, but neither was significantly different between the “medium” and the “substantial” categories.
