Although a clear trend between sorptivity and electrical resistivity cannot be identified, possibly due to the different tortuosity and capillary pore distribution along/across the specimens, the inherent different specimen geometry as well as the incorporation of superplasticiser, it is confirmed that in the case of CF/RCF higher values of sorptivity correspond to lower resistivity, while the opposite is observed in the case of GP-doped specimens, in which the matrix densification resulted in the reduction of the ionic conductivity.
Thus, with a few exceptions, there was a clear trend to group the bacterial communities along Axis 1, which explained 51.3% of the variation, mainly by the presence of Vd in the soil mixture, and then along Axis 2, which explained 17.2% of the variation, also according to the inoculation procedure and in a lower extent according to the propagation method, with in vitro -adapted and nursery propagated plants being more similar between them ( Figure 3 ).
A clear trend of increasing fluorescence intensity with increasing nucleus volume is observed, consistent with the progressive increase of the size of a cell and its nucleus during the eukaryotic cell cycle, 40–42 and that mVenus-geminin is highly expressed in the later phases of the cycle, once the cell has started its DNA replication.
