We noted poor agreement between lipoarabinomannan lateral flow assay and ELISA for all lateral flow assay band intensity cutoff points ( figure 3 ); however, we recorded a clear trend for increased likelihood of a positive ELISA test with increased intensity of bands on lateral flow assay (p<0·0001).

Choice of PD methods From 1983 to 2012, we found a clear trend toward increased number of PD patients undergoing automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) (p < 0.0001).

In the KDM-BA population, survival analyses across different quartiles of TyG-related indices (TyG, TyG-BMI, and TyG-WHtR) revealed significant differences, with log-rank tests showing a clear trend of decreased survival in higher quartiles for both all-cause and CVD mortality ( P < .001 for all indices; Fig. 2 A–F).
