The data showed ( Table 2 ) a clear trend, where proteins with higher centrality values tended to have higher predicted scores, suggesting that the neural network effectively captured the complex interactions within the protein network, highlighting the utility of neural network-guided central hubs analysis for predicting protein centrality scores and understanding the topological importance of proteins within biological networks.
For the Medium NRL system, which shows a decrease in the sedimentation coefficient, macroH2A1 cores slightly decrease the persistence length of the fiber, though the changes are minimal. In terms of end-to-end distance, a clear trend emerges: there is a gradual increase of this distance from canonical, to hybrid, to macroH2A1 cores.
Precipitation has not shown a clear trend in recent decades in NE Iberian Peninsula (González‐Hidalgo, López‐Bustins, Štepánek, Martín‐Vide, & Luisa, 2009 ; del Río, Herrero, Fraile, & Penas, 2011 ), but air temperature is rising (Vicente‐Serrano et al., 2014 ) and, particularly, the Montseny massif has experienced an increase of around 0.3°C per decade in the second half of the 20th century (Peñuelas & Boada, 2003 ).
HFD feeding also induced a significant increase in mRNA expression of several key pro-inflammatory genes (including CD68, GATA3, LOX1, TLR2, TLR4), while the two 1144 treatments showed a clear trend toward a reduction in their expression, as well as an improvement for pro- (CD11c) and anti-inflammatory (CD206) macrophage markers (M1 and M2 subtypes, respectively) (Table 4 ).
Overall, there was evidence of later-stage diagnosis in the least valuable properties, with 7.5% of patients in the least valuable house category diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer compared with 4.1% of patients in the most valuable category (OR = 1.89 95% CI 1.43, 2.50) and there was a clear trend across house values (OR per 20 percentile decrease = 1.17 95% CI 1.11, 1.24).
Considering these various ongoing developments in ‘microfluidics for IOR’, a clear trend towards a better mimicking of the IOR process is observed, but there is still a lack of microfluidic studies that combine the specific conditions of IOR (elevated temperature, crude oil, aging, surface chemistry and pore heterogeneity).
