While ungrouping identical subclones reduced hemimethylation values at both the Gtl2 - and IG-DMRs, from 31.8 to 29.8 and 8.4 to 6.1%, respectively (Additional file 3 : Table S2, Additional file 4 : Table S3), the difference in hemimethylation levels between the primary IG-DMR and the secondary Gtl2 -DMR remains highly significant as assessed using a Chi-squared test of independence ( P = 2.81 × 10 −59 ).
In addition, motif analysis identified CTCF as the top and highly significant downregulated motif following mithramycin treatment ( P = 1e‐58; Fig 6B ).
Highly significant associations were detected on BTA6, BTA7, and BTA20 (e.g., ADG on BTA7, p = 1.16 × 10−58; MBW on BTA20, p = 8.39 × 10−280), with carcass weight QTLs overlapping MWT and BCS on BTA7 ( p = 4.61 × 10−31) and BTA20 ( p = 2.87 × 10−58).
A combined analysis in the entire cohorts of 188 dogs (12 +176 Dalmatians) gave a highly significant association between the T allele and the disease (p = 3.075x10 -58 ).
It should be noted that highly significant similarities were observed between AS-based clustering and HNSC molecular subtypes ( P = 4.47 × 10 -58 ).
Both parameters revealed highly significant correlations with age, with PWVao showing a correlation coefficient of 0.75 ( p = 5.74 × 10 −58 ) and age with SAF showing a correlation coefficient of 0.69 ( p = 1.03 × 10 −45 ) ( Figure 1 A).
For faces, the comparison between w -based and VGGFace-1-based encoders shows no significant difference (2-Sample T-Test; t (1918) = −0.2859, p = 0.78) but we found highly significant differences when comparing w -based encoders with VGGFace-3 (2-Sample T-Test; t (1918) = 16.5817, p = 8.21 e − 58) and with VGGFace-5 (2-Sample T-Test; t (1918) = 15.0820, p = 1.17 e − 48).
The overall coupling index is equal to 11.2%, which is highly significant (log 10 ( p -value) = −57, Material and Methods), though individual coupling probabilities are quite low (3.4 ± 1.9% (s.d.)).
The two partial correlations were both quite significant ( f versus txn rate/tlns per mRNA | protein production rate, complex membership: Spearman partial r = 0.227, n = 4,746, p = 10 −57 ; complex membership versus txn rate/tlns per mRNA | protein production rate, f: Spearman partial r = 0.147, n = 4,746, p = 10 −24 ), suggesting that fitness effect and protein complex membership are independently associated with the expression strategy that minimizes stochastic fluctuation.
The improvement was highly significant for both data types (MU: p < 10 −57 , SU: p < 10 −32 ; Wilcoxon signed-rank tests), and significantly higher for the MU sample ( p < 10 −25 ; Wilcoxon rank-sum test).
The association between CYP2D6‐inferred phenotype and α‐OH‐metoprolol remained highly significant in the fully adjusted model (all p < 10 −57 ).
As shown in SI Figure 1 , highly significant difference was apparent in the staining intensities of cancer cells versus stromal cells, with stromal cells showing a nearly 8-fold greater average intensity than the cancer cells ( p -value = 1.54 × 10 −57 ).
CCDC168 , another gene with a Faroese enriched stop gain variant had highly significant rare variant associations in the UK Biobank with corneal hysteresis and intraocular pressure (rs1361247423, p =1.79e-57, p =5.21e-13, respectively).
Finally, we note that there is a highly significant co-occurrence of 9p21.3 deletion (arm or focal) and 9p24.1 deletion (arm or focal) ( P =1.82E-57), and focal deletion of 9p21.3 and 9p24.1 ( P =2.03E-07), suggesting that the effects seen for 9p21.3 loss (e.g., on PD-L1 expression) are likely due to simultaneous co-deletion of 9p24.1. 9p24.1 SCNA Associations With TME Phenotype in Independent HPV – HNSC Validation Cohort.

Repeated measures ANOVA showed a significant main effect of time and treatment, but only a slight tendency towards significance for time*treatment interaction (main effect of time: F(7.860,337.984) = 56.832, p = 1.88 × e −57 , ηp 2 = 0.569; main effect of treatment: F(4,43) = 5.973, p = 0.0006, ηp 2 = 0.357; time*treatment: F(31.440,337.984) = 1.396, p = 0.082, ηp 2 = 0.115).
More importantly, the effect of rs140570886 on Lp(a) levels remained highly significant after adjustment for the KIV-2 CNV (beta = 1.11, P = 1.94 × 10 −57 ) ( Figure 4 C , Supplementary material online, Table S10 ).
This overlap is highly significant (hypergeometric test, P = 2.1 × 10 -57 ) and suggests that enhancer-associated MIRs might have an impact on erythropoietic regulation.
Likewise, the cohort integrals of representative oncogenes, such as PIK3CA , BRAF , KRAS , and NRAS , were all also highly significant ( P -value = 2.2 × 10 −57 , 9.4 × 10 −179 , 1.1 × 10 −63 , and 9.6 × 10 −45 , respectively) ( Fig. 2 D).
