Statistical analysis revealed that the differences in prevalence between the two time periods were highly significant for all three allergens: thiuram mix ( χ 2 = 1382.26, p < 0.0001), mercapto mix ( χ 2 = 179.58, p < 0.0001), and mercaptobenzothiazole ( χ 2 = 317.21, p < 0.0001). 3.2.4.
Overall, there was a highly significant difference ( P < .0001) in the number of platelets in equivalent volumes of the liver tissue between naive and refractory animals ( Figure 3 B).
After logarithmic transformation of both variables, their distributions approached normality ( P > .15 for FVIII; P = .045 for inhibitor titers), and a strong, highly significant negative correlation emerged (r = −.74; P < .0001; Figure 2 ).
Statistical analysis using two‐way repeated‐measures ANOVA of PVs revealed highly significant Treatment × Time interactions for both the ipsilateral ( F (25, 270) = 22.73, p < 0.0001) and contralateral ( F (25, 270) = 2.41, p < 0.0001) paws.
A moderate but highly significant (r = 0.49, p = 0.0001) correlation was observed between sCD14 levels and the CRP levels in all of the TB cases combined ( Figure 4 a), with similar correlation values for the culture-confirmed and culture-negative TB cases ( Figure 4 b,c). 3.
The comparative statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA indicated that there were highly significant interspecies cytotoxic activity differences (**** p < 0.0001), while on the other hand only a few comparisons didn’t show any significant difference (ns) (Fig. 4 ).
We observed a highly significant correlation between the genetic distance and the variance (Pearson correlation coefficient: r = 0.773, n = 16, two-tailed p <0.0001), indicating that segregation increased in proportion to the genetic distance between strains.
The antibody levels progressively increased with a subsequent booster dose, and all three immunized groups showed a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) elevation in OD values compared to the unvaccinated mice at 35 dpv (OD values: 1.38 ± 0.00, 1.23 ± 0.01, and 0.91 ± 0.01 for vToH-QMV, vToH-DMV, and wt, respectively) ( Figure 3 B, Table S3 ).
In the original validation study by McCreight et al., this questionnaire demonstrated excellent reliability and validity: it showed strong internal consistency (Cronbach's α > 0.8), good test-retest reliability, and significant discriminant validity, with a highly significant difference in total scores between metformin-intolerant and metformin-tolerant patients ( P < 0.0001) ( McCreight et al., 2018 ).
This shows that the RC is lower (fewer samples and lower ADAb titre in this model) but continues to be highly significant [RC −3.70 (95% CI: −5.01 to −2.32), P < 0.0001].
Overall Survival Statistical analysis indicates margins ( p = 0.002) ( Figure 1 ) and grading ( p = 0.0479) ( Figure 2 ) are a risk factor on overall survival (OS) and the appearance of metastases is a highly significant Factor ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 3 ) ( Table 3 ).
