Results showed that treatment (mock/WT) altered host mobility ( F (1,67.4) = 5.27; P = 0.0248), depending on the dpi ( F (2,65.7) = 9.25; P = 0.0003), and a highly significant interaction was found between treatment and dpi (treatment*day: F (2,65.7) = 11.00; P<0.0001).

Overall, the effect of visual condition (EC/ EO) was highly significant ( F = 55.6, p < 0.0001), whereas there were no significant interactions between (a) subjects group (PSP, IPD, CTR) and visual condition (EC/EO, F = 0.63, p = 0.53), and (b) segment, subject group, and visual condition ( F = 0.54, p = 0.70, Figures 3b , c , g , h , m , n ).
Estramustine phosphate did not produce significant increases in CK18-Asp396 ( P =0.13), whereas highly significant increases in total CK18 were observed ( P <0.0001).
Statistical tests confirmed these differences, with weighted Mann–Whitney U tests showing highly significant results ( p < 0.0001) in both departments.
Statistical analysis revealed that the differences in surfactin production across these carbon sources were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Bonferroni-corrected post hoc pairwise comparisons were all highly significant: 0 vs. 5 wt% (Δ = −7.12 MPa, p < 10 −4 ), 0 vs. 10 wt% (Δ = −9.99 MPa, p < 10 −4 ), and 5 vs. 10 wt% (Δ = −2.87 MPa, p < 10 −4 ).
This corresponded with highly significant (MM200, Me4405, Mel-RM p < 0.0001, Sk-mel-28 p = 0.0008) increases in XPC mRNA expression in all cell lines (1.27-7.93 fold increase) (Fig. 1b ).
These results were independent of LPS stimulation, and the differences against control experiments were highly significant ( p < 0.0001). 2.5.
In European Americans, we found highly significant effects ( p < 0.0001) in the second and highest tertiles compared to the lowest tertile.
The effect of mCPP was highly significant ( F 2.24 =29.0, P = 0.0001), but there was no interaction of drug and genotype.
In this respect, the highly significant correlation between the final absolute refractive errors and the VC/CR ratio ( r 2 = 0.87, P < 0.0001) demonstrates that the treatment-related, between-subject differences in refractive error were due to the effects of the lens-rearing procedures and the 7-MX treatments on vitreous chamber elongation.
Relative to central hospitals, patients at hospitals in the most peripheral quartile had significantly higher odds of death, but patients at hospitals in quartile 2 were no different from the reference, and those in quartile 3 were borderline significant for reduced mortality (OR (95% CI): Q1 2.10 (1.76–2.51), p<0.0001; Q2 1.00 (0.87–1.15), p = 0.997; Q3 0.89 (0.79–1.00), p = 0.050; Q4 (reference)).
In V1, the effect of eccentricity on BOLD response was highly significant ( F (1,23898) = 37.8; p < 0.0001; Cohen's f 2 = 0.319), indicating a strong relationship.
The three way interaction of task performance, BrainAGE, and APOE variant proved highly significant as already derived from the analysis with the IFX toolbox ( b = 0.70, SE = 0.11, t = 6.19, p < 0.0001).
For Tsc22d3 , the ANOVA of ranks suggested a highly significant interaction of cell type and dose, F (8, 237) = 38.0, p < 0.0001, which was attributable post hoc to both glial cell types differing from neurons (2.73 ± 2.77).
The fixed effects of both sonographer and expert were highly significant for either left or right ovary (joint p<0.0001 always, Table 1 ).
Results: The frequency of eye injuries in Group A was 4 (0.7%) and Group B was 61 (11.3%) which was highly significant ( P = 0.0001).
In the larger cohort, ATL reductions remained highly significant ( p < 0.0001), further validating the potential of this metric as a treatment-responsive parameter.
Although differences in peak glucose time were observed (30 min for capillary blood and 45 min for CGM), the correlations between capillary and CGM values at both 30 and 45 min were strong and highly significant ( r 2 = 0.728 and r 2 = 0.806, p < 0.0001, respectively).
We further plotted the MAGEA3 protein score versus the DUB3 protein score for individual HCC patients, which revealed a highly significant correlation (linear regression R 2 = 0.63, p < 1 × 10 −4 ; Figure 3 H).
In the present study, only intronic and downstream gene variants within ZFAT were moderately significant (unadjusted p -value < 10 − 4 ) and only two missense variants within ZFAT were segregating (rs483021047 and rs526028162), neither of which were significant in the AA population.
