A moderate but highly significant (r = 0.49, p = 0.0001) correlation was observed between sCD14 levels and the CRP levels in all of the TB cases combined ( Figure 4 a), with similar correlation values for the culture-confirmed and culture-negative TB cases ( Figure 4 b,c). 3.

The trophozoites treated with nitroxoline showed a highly significant decrease in ATP levels compared to the negative control, p < 0.0001 (****) ( Figure 7 ).
Both analyses showed a highly significant correlation with a p -value of <0.0001 each.
However, based on tumor grade, the decrease in HADHA transcript level is not significant (ns, p = 0.999) between normal and grade 1 tumors but it is highly significant between normal and grade 2 ( p < 0.0001) and 3 ( p < 0.001) tumors. 3.2.
subquinaria revealed a highly significant effect of population type (sympatric versus allopatric; Wald χ 2 = 17.88, p < 0.0001), but no effect of individual population within population type (χ 2 = 1.02, p = 0.91) or trial (χ 2 = 2.12, p = 0.35).
However, treatment with NaBu during the transition span (21–42 days; Figure 2 ) yielded a highly significant increase in longevity ( p < 0.0001) at either dose.
The F -test of the model specification was highly significant ( P <0.0001), in favor of the random effect model over the pooled OLS regression.
A highly significant difference was observed among age groups ( χ2 = 18.99 , P < 0.0001 ).
A lower number of migrated cells can be observed in LIPUS-stimulated cells, and this difference was highly significant at 6 h ( p < 0.0001) (Fig. 4 C).
Each of the five subspecies showed highly significant population genetic differentiation ( p < 0.0001) by pairwise F st and R st with 10,000 permutations ( Table 5 ).
The effect was highly significant in the crude model ( β = −1.445; P < .0001) and, after full adjustment in Model 2, showed a strong trend that approached statistical significance ( β = −0.401; P = .091).
These IHC results are in agreement with what was observed by Western blot (Figure 5 B), and statistical data analysis indicated the existence of a highly significant correlation between MBP-1 and HDAC1 expression in tumors (p<0.0001), with a Spearman rank correlation coefficient equal to 0.714 (Figure 6 A).
sPCA analysis revealed highly significant global (p = 0.0001) but non-significant (p = 0.4327) local spatial structures (Supplementary Fig. 2 ), indicating strong signatures of between population separations.
The difference between the distribution of both normal and degraded mitochondria and dinoflagellates in control and heat-treated anemones were highly significant in all 6 scenarios (χ 2 (1) values not shown for each comparison, but all P>0.0001; Figure 6 ).
This distribution resulted in a significant trend test (p-value <0.0001) and slightly less significant genotypic (p-value < 0.0002) and allelic (p-value < 0.0004) tests.
Comparable stomata frequencies were confirmed in the glucose and fructose treatments ( Figure 2B ), and there were highly significant differences with sugar-free conditions ( p -value <0.0001, Mann–Whitney's U-test).
The results of the present study [ Table 2 ] showed a statistically highly significant increase in TSH levels in all cirrhosis patients compared to healthy controls ( P < 0.0001).
For overall patients, we found a direct, weak, but extremely significant association between transient elastography and APRI ( r = 0.22, p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2 A) and between transient elastography and FIB-4 ( r = 0.21, p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2 B.
As shown in Table 2 , both the response models were highly significant (p < 0.0001).
We observed a highly significant inverse correlation between sleep and BBB permeability ( r = −0.564, p < 0.0001; Figure 3B and Table S1 ).
Comparison of normal mucosa, tumor-adjacent mucosa, and tumors disclosed a strong and highly significant (p < 0.0001) up-regulation of EpEX in tumors with median IHC scores of 220 versus 60 and 50 in tumor-adjacent and healthy mucosa, respectively (Fig. 1d ).
A one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s posthoc test showed a highly significant difference between the Bacillus group and either control ( P ≤ 0.0001).
Pooled left and right arm data were then compared between megachiropterans and microchiropterans and showed highly significant differences (T = - 8.77, P = 0.0001); and clear separation of measurements between the groups ( Fig 2C ).
The Q -statistic remained highly significant, with a p -value < 0.0001, indicating substantial heterogeneity.
The model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), yielding the components ‘Age’, and ‘SNP.Dim.14’ as the two most important predictors.
