In all except one study where the Mendelian disorder was found to be caused by inherited disease variants ( N = 20) [ 51 – 68 , 76 , 77 ], findings were confirmed to be significant using our methods, and in 11 out of 20 studies, P -values were highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
We found a significant trend of increasing proportions of genomically unstable tumours with increasing CIN70 quartiles (Figure 1 , p < 0.0001), suggesting that both chromosomal instability expression signatures derived through independent methods, are highly correlated.
As expected, LPS induced a highly significant increase of nitrites production by BV2 cells (Fig. 5 a; P < 0.0001).
Highly significant differences have been found between ethnic groups in the total carrier frequency of pathogenic CFTR variants (χ 2 = 23.86; p = 0.0001) as well as in the total carrier frequency of heterozygotes (ꭓ 2 = 11.82; p = 0.003) and polymorphisms (χ 2 = 10.43; p = 0.005).
This deviation from both the overall attendance rate and the attendance rate for those who modified their first appointment were highly significant (p < 1e‐4 for both).
However, it had a highly significant effect on malnutrition risk (b = 0.6378, t = 6.6145, p < 0.0001) A summary of the mediation analysis is provided in Table 6 and Figure 1 .
Outcome of APE treatment In terms of APE results, there was a highly significant decrease in the mean PAP from 35.5±6.5815 to 19.7±4.943 mmHg (P<0.0001) ( Figure 3 ), in the shock index from 1.089±0.177 to 0.678±0.088 (P<0.0001), and in the MS from 18.05±2.502 to 9.05±2.929 (P<0.0001).
We found a highly significant positive correlation (r, 0.74; P < 0.0001) between both methods based on 192 individual measurements conducted with each of both methods (Supplementary Figure 1 ).
This difference between CD8 and CD4 was highly significant comparing all time points (10 d to 7 m) (p = 0.0001, Anova).
41 Both endpoints demonstrated profoundly better results in the colchicine group than in the placebo group that were highly significant, and acetaminophen consumption was substantially lower in the colchicine group (P < .0001 for all outcomes). 41 Leung et al. took a similar approach in 2018. 42 Patients meeting the ACR criteria for symptomatic and radiographic knee OA, along with a positive response to the frequent knee pain quest
The mean difference was statistically highly significant (P < 0.0001 ** ) on applying Mann–Whitney U test.
Levels of C3C in serum and heparin plasma of COPD patients had a highly significant correlation (R 2 = 0.86, p<0.0001).
There was a highly significant relationship between reduction in ESV and SDI (P<0.0001) as well as a greater than 15% improvement in EF and SDI (P<0.0001) (see figure 1 and table 1 ).
These changes were highly significant at the first three stations ( P ≤0.0001) and marginally not significant at the latter station ( P = 0.08; probably because it did not include data for 2004–2010). 2.
Meta-analysis with a one-stage random effects Cox regression model confirmed a highly significant reduction in the risk of death for patients receiving chemotherapy and SC compared with SC alone (HR=0.63, 95% CI=0.51–0.77, P <0.0001, Figure 1 ).
Among these four variables, “'household own their own house”' and “distance to closest water body” were the highly significant variables ( p < 0.0001), associated with the practice of emptying.
GIRLING et al. festation in all 3 series was thrombocytopenia, and the difference between the B series and each of the other 2 series was highly significant (P<0.0001) for each of the 4 comparisons, namely any haema- tological toxicity, thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, and anaemia.
From a quantitative standpoint, the ANOVA test showed a highly significant difference among groups for the overall scores (F = 19.14, p < 0.0001).
A subgroup comparison consisting of all age- and sex-matched controls also demonstrated highly significant difference between HGPS (progerin, 34 512±14 432 pg/mL; n=25) and non-HGPS control levels (progerin, 377±226 pg/mL; n=13; P <0.0001).
7 A), a remarkable and highly significant increase in NfL levels was observed in the PTX group ( P < 0.0001) and this increase persisted after 2 weeks of follow-up (Fig. 7 B) and until the end of the follow-up period (Fig. 7 C) ( P < 0.0001 and P < 0.05, respectively). 3.7.2.
The duration of outdoor exposure had a highly significant effect on the amount of moisture lost by both hydrogel types (ANOVA, df = 14, F = 123.2, P < 0.0001).
The gene expression levels of these genes were analysed for their correlation with IHTG, which revealed highly significant correlations (p < 0.0001; Fig. 5a,b ).
