The results were concluded to be statistically significant with P < 0.05, very significant with P < 0.001, and highly significant with P < 0.0001.

These observations were statistically validated with a Kruskal-Wallis H test, which showed a highly significant result (P < 0.0001), confirming that the medians of the ratios differed significantly across the four phases.
After adjustment for the residual confounders, TAVI as compared with conservative management was associated with highly significant risk reduction for all-cause death and HF hospitalization (HR 0.46, 95%CI, 0.32–0.69, P = 0.0001, and HR 0.25, 95%CI 0.16–0.40, P<0.0001) ( Table 2 ).
This difference was highly significant ( P <0.0001).
The relationship between this calculated projected area (PA) and the true leaf area should diminish over time, as plant architecture and leaf self-shading cannot be corrected from a single photo; however, correlations between average PA and average biomass remained highly significant on day 14 ( r = 0.67; P < 0.0001).
The final number of clusters was validated based on two characteristics obtained from a discriminant function analysis, with cluster identity as the dependent variable and the original habitat variables as independent variables ( Leimeister, 2010 ), as follows: (i) a highly significant Wilks's λ (Wilks's λ = 0.046; P < 0.0001) indicating that >95% of the total variance in the discriminant scores was explained by differences between groups (clusters); and (ii) investigation of the number of errors the discriminant function analysis produced; two clusters produced the lowest number of classification errors (1%).
Hence, the association of clade (C) with infections in horses is highly significant (p<0.0001; chi 2 test).
There was a highly significant statistical difference in IgE levels between patients suffering AFS and chronic hyperplastic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps ( P <.0001).
ANOVA results ( Table 2 ) confirmed the quadratic model was highly significant ( F = 84.06, p < 0.0001).
In both populations, the effect of floral display size was highly significant ( p <0.0001).
This was mainly because the relative risk (95% CI) of false positive recall among current users of tibolone was 0.76 (0.52–1.10) compared to women who had never used HRT, and the difference in the relative risk of false positive recall between women currently using oestrogen-only, oestrogen-progestagen and tibolone was highly significant (χ 2 2 (heterogeneity) = 21.0, p < 0.0001).
When comparing users to their friends, this correlation is highly significant with a p ≤ 10 - 4 .
Although no significant differences in alpha or beta diversity were observed between mucosal and stool samples, experimental group and sex exerted a strong, highly significant effect on the composition of the microbiome (PERMANOVA of Jaccard’s dissimilarity, p < 0.0001).
The association of each of the cytological grading systems and the histological grading by SBR method was found to be highly significant with a P < 0.0001 as measured by Chi-square test.
In terms of the infection site, multiple infections showed the highest gross medical costs with an increasing trend (rate = + $63.6 million/year, p < 0.0001) followed by respiratory infection (rate = + $65.0 million/year, p = 0.002).
We then confirmed the intergroup similarity by the highly significant correlations for the normal and LPMC/F3 groups (within: R S = 0.87, n = 27, P < 0.0001; between: R S = 0.75, n = 64, P < 0.0001) ( Fig. 5 C ), as well as for the normal and extra groups (within: R S = 0.76, P < 0.0001; between: R S = 0.66, P < 0.0001) ( Fig. 5 D ).
Results: Natalizumab patients had a net improvement in disability over time (-0.15 EDSS years) while placebo had a net worsening (+0.33 EDSS years), as measured by LS mean AUC; the difference (0.48 EDSS years) was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
Body mass index reductions after LSG were highly significant compared to baseline values at all time points over 10 years ( p = 0.0001) and remained significantly lower for up to 7 years post-KT.
The decrease in the proliferation rate was highly significant ( P <0.0001) as confirmed by an MTT assay ( Figure 3b ), in agreement with reduced levels of proliferation-related transcripts.
Overall, the discrimination between three groups (H, K and C) was highly significant (Wilks’ Lambda: 0.0354; F (16,216) = 58.247; p < 0.0001).
The fold-change measured in the two experiments was similar as indicated by a highly significant correlation coefficient (R 2 = 0.750, P<0.0001) and the clustering of the data points around the line that predicts a 1:1 correspondence.
At 38 °C a similar pattern emerged; the overall predator effect was highly significant (ANOVA on the binomial generalized linear model, effect of predator treatment: LR χ 2 = 26.30, d.f. = 2, P < 0.0001; Fig. 2a ), but that was only attributable to lycosids, which caused the highest mortality, significantly different from control and pisaurid effect (contrasts: lycosid-control: z = 3.73, P = 0.0005; pisaurid-lycosid: z = −2.75, P = 0.01).
