The models were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the “Lack of Fit” of the models were not significant ( P > 0.05), which demonstrated the RSA and improved DMD were proper parameters representing the starch digestibility of the broilers, and the models were applicable to the optimization of exogenous carbohydrases for higher RSA and improved DMD in diets for the broilers.

Using CSF p-tau or t-tau as the predictors, the effect of plasma p-tau181 on tau PET showed a full mediation (53.9% and 30.9%, respectively), as the effect was reduced from highly significant ( P < 0.0001) to reach or near non-significance ( P = 0.20, P = 0.046, respectively; Fig. 3B ).
Sedation under ketamine and alfaxalone remained highly significant from control throughout physiological monitoring (P1: ketamine, 12 min:13.0±2.4, P <0.0001; alfaxalone, 11 min: 10.6±1.8, P = 0.0002; P2: ketamine, 19 min: 13.5±2.6, P <0.0001; alfaxalone, 16 min: 10.9±2.6, P = 0.0005); and animals under ketamine remained highly sedated upon returning to cage (28 min: 12.7±2.4, P <0.0001), whereas sedation under alfaxalone reduced more rapidly toward conscious levels (22 min: 8.6±2.7, P = 0.0059).
However, when we compare the cumulative data for all time points of the pooled control (negative and solvent control) to the replicates of the positive control, the difference for the moved distance between these two groups was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Fig. 3 ).
We analyzed the classification efficiency of prognostic prediction at 1, 3, 5 years, respectively, where the AUC reached 0.7 at 1, 3, 5 years, and also zscore the Riskscore, classify the samples with Riskscore greater than zero as high risk group and those with less than zero as low risk group after zscoreization, and plot KM curves, and found that they had highly significant differences p < 0.0001 ( Figs. 9C and 9D ).

1 , the 6-OHDA lesioning caused a highly significant and near-complete reduction of TH ( t = 16.36 and df = 42; p < 0.0001) and DAT ( t = 24.63 and df = 22; p < 0.0001) at the level of striatum.
2d ), we used gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) to demonstrate a highly significant enrichment (nominal P -value <0.0001) of this set within AST as compared with NAS neurons ( Fig. 5e ).
In each group, the mean IOP decreased significantly after Needling, except in the NPDS-Phakic group, which was nearly significant (Phaco-NPDS p<0.0001, NPDS-IOL p<0.0001, and NPDS-Phakic p=0.06).
ANOVA results ( Supplementary material 1 , Table S5 ) indicated that the model was highly significant (P < 0.0001), while the lack-of-fit was not significant (P = 0.102 > 0.05), supporting good model adequacy within the studied region.
At within-flower level, rather than an equal packaging scheme, pollen production per anther had an increasing trend with the order of bending in flowers of S. candelabrum (pollen = 121.93×order 2 – 598.51×order + 16345.47, R 2 = 0.17, F 1,144 = 30.91, P < 0.0001; Fig. 4 B).
