Although the selected changes in microRNA and genes expression levels were highly significant ( P < 0.0001 for miRNA, Benjamini-Hochberg correction, UVE-PLS confirmation), studies with larger cohorts should be performed to confirm our results.
Excerpts
The SiO 2 content in the hybrid materials is described by a statistically highly significant model ( p < 0.0001) with a high robustness R2 pred = 0.9459 and, hence, a good predictive power ( Table 2 ).
A two-way ANOVA showed a highly significant effect of RVT ( p < 0.0001).
The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy was .94, and the Bartlett’s test of sphericity was highly significant (chi-squared = 1399.29, df = 44, p < .0001).
Each of these differences in the functional composition of the sets of paralogs and unduplicated genes were statistically highly significant (p < 0.0001, χ 2 test).
The rate of perinatal death was found to be highly significant (p<0.0001) with the number of children a woman had in both survey rounds.
There were, however, highly significant differences between groups in the extent of this decline ( p < 0.0001 for the interaction between treatment and time, see Fig. 1 A).
Mixing was a relatively sensitive method of detecting the most highly significant changes (p < 0.0001) (86% of changes detected), however it was not very specific; as many as one third of gene expression changes showing p < 0.05 in mixed samples were not confirmed by individual profiles.
The differences for each muscle were highly significant (Wilcoxon signed-rank test, p < 0.0001).
The effect of ridge orientation was highly significant (χ 1 = 17.5, P < 0.0001), which confirmed our findings in experiment 1.
Regarding the increase in bitterness and specially astringency observed during wine oxidation are consistent with the highly significant increase in tannin activity (F = 37.53; p < 0.0001) from 2798 ± 577 J mol −1 to 4353 ± 663 J mol −1 .
The agreement for the category “motives of crime” was highly significant (Cohen’s K was 0.92, p < 0.0001; 95% CI = − 0.036–0.101), as it was for the category “contentiousness” (Cohen’s K was 0.90, p < 0.0001; 95% CI = − 0.084–0.123) and for the category “overkilling” (Cohen’s K was 0.81, p < 0.0001; 95% CI = − 0.075–0.180) suggesting, according to Viera and Garrett [ 71 ] and to McHugh [ 72 ], a substantial interrater agreement coefficient for all of these variables.
To further characterize what the changes across time were, a linear contrast of the interaction term was determined and was found to be highly significant (p<0.0001), indicating that the groups made linear changes across time with different slopes.
Year-Effects on P and N in Green Leaves All variables showed highly significant differences among years ( P < 0.0001) and significant interactions of Year ×Age ( Table 1 ).
GFC showed highly significant (P < 0.0001) improvements in before treatment versus after treatment in the WOMAC, KOOS, IKDC, and VAS scales used for the assessment of knee osteoarthritis.
The Wilcoxon test determined there are highly significant differences in SHAPE reactivity between both groups (p<0.0001).
While it highly increased in poorly differentiated type (GIII) with significant statistically, P < 0.0001, and the difference in expression between moderately and poorly differentiated type highly significant, P < 0.0001 [ Table 1 ].
A highly significant difference ( P = 0.0001) was observed compared to those receiving placebo ( N = 57) who maintained their mean BMD at the lumbar spine over 5 years of follow-up (−0.1% (95% CI -1.3 to 1.0)).
The correlation we observed was highly significant (for Pearson’s product-moment correlation, P < 0.0001; not reported in the original publication).
The difference was found to be statistically highly significant ( p =0.0001); suggesting clearly that group C where mannitol was used with lidocaine only was the group with longest duration of action.

As a cross-check, calculated (via DIC and TA) and directly measured pH values were compared and showed a highly significant correlation and no outliers (pH (total scale) = 0.9176 pH (NBS) +0.5453; r 2 = 0.99; p<0.0001).
Moreover, highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001) effects were recorded as a result of the interaction between DDGS and EEM.
There was a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) but only moderate correlation between both models ( r = 0.5 and r = 0.57 for a linear and non-linear model, respectively).
