Statistical significance of the scavenging and inhibitory activities was assessed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) across all concentrations and treatment groups followed by Tukey’s Honest Significant Difference (HSD) post-hoc test for multiple comparisons using GraphPad Prism V.11.0.0.The ANOVA results revealed highly significant differences among all treatment groups ( p < 0.0001), with F-values substantially exceeding the corresponding critical F-value, indicating strong evidence against the null hypothesis Table (S 1,2).
A highly significant correlation (r = 0.475, p <0.0001) was also found between the Ct values of the concordant positive saliva and NPS specimens.
pipiens taxa and w Pip groups was highly significant (Fisher exact test, P < 10 -4 ), as shown with quinquefasciatus that appeared mainly infected with the w Pip-I group (133 of 201 individuals), pipiens with w Pip-II (55 of 118) and pallens with w Pip-V (19 of 20) (Table 3 ).
Moreover, the mean taxa determinism of bacterial communities exhibited a decreasing trend from S03 to S07 (mean determinism: S03, 39; S05, 22; S07, 19; P < .0001 by the Kruskal–Wallis test), with significant differences observed among the three stations by the Dunn Kruskal–Wallis test (S03 vs S05, adjusted P = .04; S03 vs S07, adjusted P < .0001; S05 vs S07, adjusted P < .0001).
The difference between the two groups is extremely significant ( P <0.0001).
This overall difference between the products was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.0001). 3.3.
The Top ICH genes had highly significant and similar associations within the primary cluster that included intratumoral densities of CD45 + (r = 0.53–0.67, all p < 0.0001), CD8 + T cells (r = 0.48–0.71, all p < 0.0001, Fig. 3 B), CD20 + B cells (r = 0.47–0.56, all p < 0.0001), and CD138 + cells (0.37–0.5, all p < 0.0001, Additional file 1 : Table S1).
The absorbance measure of the IEC proteins was dose-dependent ( r = 0.994, P < 0.0001) and showed an increasing trend with increasing IEC protein coating concentration ( F = 397.007, P < 0.0001) (Figure 8 A).
The results of the ELISA and the relative density of the ICT showed a highly significant correlation (rs:0.935; p < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant effect of time (F (5, 153) = 12.80, p < 0.0001) and treatment (F (1, 34) = 4.892, p = 0.0338), but no significant interaction (F (5, 153) = 1.584, p = 0.1677) over the 6-week period indicating that the animals learned the rules of the task, with anthocyanin-rich extract fed animals performing better than the control fed animals.
Thus, during the transition from pole to brain control in task 1, the average correlated firing between pairs of cortical neurons, measured in terms of correlation coefficient (mean ± SEM), increased from 0.02 ± 1 × 10 −4 to 0.06 ± 2 × 10 −4 , a 3-fold rise that was highly significant (Wilcoxon signed rank test, p < 0.0001).
Moreover, the absorbance was rTsGSCP dose-dependent ( r = 0.976, P < 0.0001) and showed a positive trend with increasing rTsGSCP dose ( F = 99.967, P < 0.0001) (Figure 8 B).
There was a highly significant correlation between the coulter counter and blood gas analyzer methods of Hb measurement ( r 2 = 0.98, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.97–0.99; P < 0.0001).
The PGA and physician VAS showed a decreasing trend after 6 months from baseline ( p < 0.0001) and remained substantially stable at 12 months ( p = 0.65 and p = 0.45 versus values at 6 months, respectively) (Additional Table A 3 ).
