Once again, our signature emerged as a potent predictor, as evidenced by a highly significant difference in patient responses following immunotherapy ( p < .0001), as depicted in Figure 17(B) .

Results In Arm 1, readers 1, 2 and 3 demonstrated highly significant global preference for gadobenate (31 vs. 1, 51 vs. 2, 43 vs. 2 patients, respectively; p<0.0001, all readers), all other qualitative endpoints (p≤0.0023; all readers) and for % enhancement (p≤0.0006) and LBR (p<0.0001).
This highly significant difference (p<0.0001) indicates that EdU-negative mitotic cells (pH3 positive) had been in G2- or M-phase for at least 24 hours prior to fixation.
The regression model of PHWE-PTXP yield was extremely significant ( P < 0.0001), the correlation coefficient ( R 2 ) was 0.9696 and the lack of fit had no significant effect ( P > 0.05).
However, when all plasma melatonin concentrations ( n = 141) on Day 3 were correlated with GA, the Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.53 was found to be highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Figure 2 ).
Adding more biological replicates to the qPCR log 2 FC calculation decreased the correlation with the microarray log 2 FCs [ Supplementary Figure S2 (‘all samples’ linear regression model); r 2 = 0.703], but the linear regression model remained highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Furthermore, a highly significant publication bias was detected using the Linear regression plot ( t = 6.03, p < 0.0001) (Figure S 9 ).
Effect of nymphal age on the spirochete load of infected nymphs The mean spirochete load of the 1-month-old nymphs ( n = 43, mean: 14,094, 95% confidence interval (CI): 13,508–14,705 spirochetes per nymph) was 7.05 times larger than that of the 4-month-old nymphs ( n = 42, mean: 1999, 95% CI: 1900–2103 spirochetes per nymph) and this difference was highly significant ( t = 12.768, df = 41, P < 0.0001).
The level of significance was set at p=0.05 (p<0.05-significant, p<0.01-highly significant, p<0.0001-very highly significant).
As showed, the regression equation for EO yield was highly significant ( F = 19.78, P < 0.0001), demonstrating that the degree of fit was better on the border of the independent variables.
Highly significant antibacterial activity (**** p < 0.0001) was detected at concentrations ≥ 15 mg/mL.
A moderate and highly significant correlation was observed at ages 3·5 years and 5 years for total carbohydrate ( r = 0·39; P < 0·0001), total sugar ( r = 0·39; P ≤ 0·0001) and starch intakes ( r = 0·41; P ≤ 0·001).
The difference was statistically highly significant ( P < 0.0001; log‐rank test).
Estimates for the main effect of time revealed a decreasing trend ( p < 0.0001) in both models.
Similarly, a highly significant increase in nAb ( p < 0.0001) was noted at 2 weeks post-vaccination for both vaccines relative to baseline, with only 3 and 5 seropositive donors receiving CS and CO respectively, failing to respond (Fig. 2b ).
59 Bostanci et al found a significant improvement in both the psychosocial and physical measures postoperatively and highly significant effect on the overall QoL (all p<0.0001). 54 A smaller cohort study looking more specifically at body image perception found a significant improvement postoperatively. 55 Kim et al also observed a positive impact on patients’ QoL and found this to be evident early post-operatively and persistent lo
Expression profile of selected miRNA genes in AMD patients and healthy controls The RT-QPCR assay revealed that all selected miRNAs were detectable in tested materials, and the difference in miRNA expression between both sets of AMD patients and controls was highly significant (p<0.0001).
However, there was a significant difference between the caudal and pectoral fins (p = 0.005), and all other pairwise comparisons were highly significant (p<0.0001).
All three analyses showed highly significant interactions between PST and light ( p = 0.0001, p = 0.0002, p = 0.0009, for PST content, production, and C fraction, respectively), a significant interaction between lytic toxicity and whether the strains contained PST ( p = 0.0157 for PST content), and significant effects of lytic toxicity on growth ( p = 0.0125, p = 0.0175, for PST production and C fraction, respectively).
Subsequent analyses of variance of the split-plot design seedling experiment revealed that the ‘RIL’ term was highly significant for necrosis and pycnidia AUDPC scores at p = 0.0001 (Table 3 ).
