Mean breadth of cornea The mean breadth of cornea of the embryonic eye revealed highly significant difference among the groups (p ≤ 0.0001), post hoc analyses showed significantly higher (p ≤ 0.05) mean value for BFG than the CG and FG ( Table 1 ). 3.3.2.
Excerpts
Although we could not directly compare the miRNA quantification provided by a probe hybridization-based technology (Agilent microRNA microarray) and a digital PCR technology, we analyzed the correlation in microRNA quantification between these two approaches, after data normalization, and observed a highly significant correlation of the data ( p < 0.0001, Spearman r > 0.7) for all the tested cancer types.
Furthermore, functional diversity FDis had a highly significant and positive effect on food suitability (lm, p < 0.0001, ad. r 2 = 0.53) of sampled prey communities ( Fig. 4B ).
Results Statistical evaluation confirmed a highly significant association of all analyzed SNP's with the occurrence of MI (p < 0.0001; OR: 1.621-2.039).
The difference between the occupancy levels of these proteins in the two classes of CID boundaries is extremely significant ( Supplementary Figure S6B ; two-sample t -test P -values < 10 −4 in all cases).
The mean satisfaction scores between PRP therapy and minoxidil therapy were highly significant ( P = 0.0001).
These findings were further clarified by the highly significant interaction between type of distractor and set size, F (3, 165) = 16.11, p <.0001.
The difference between the groups was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The model-based estimate of the difference between the two in case of TRI was 57.5 s, and in CER was 144.2 s which is a highly significant improvement in both cases ( P < 0.0001).
Specifically, for this disease we observed a highly significant difference between the two different considered periods of time ( p < 0.0001), confirmed by a highly significant correlation considering the pre-pandemic nine-year period and the pandemic one ( p = 0.0047).
The average decrease in fat mass was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), as were decreases in percent body fat and body mass index.
When compared with the blank control, the experimental group treated with 50 μg/mL LFP had significantly reduced expression of TYR ( p < 0.01), while that treated with 100 μg/mL LFP had an extremely significant decrease in TYR expression ( p < 0.0001).
The national average of LOS for this period was 11.4 ± 1.2 days, showing a negative trend over time (Y = −0.27X + 567.5; P < 0.0001).
Values of area under the ROC calculated from all 381 samples for all mutations displayed highly significant values when compared with all mutations (p=0.0001; binomial exact test) suggesting that any mutation signature is able, to partially discriminate other types of mutations (supplementary table S4).
Similarly, in the present study, both Group A and Group B showed highly significant reductions in pain, with VAS scores at rest and during activity improving markedly (p<0.0001 for both groups).
Again, females showed the worst results on the IES-R, with a significant trend across the scale’s severity levels (p<0.0001).
Shape ANOVA revealed a highly significant main effect of genotype on ventricular shape (procrustes ANOVA: F = 9.29, p = 0.0001) and a significant induction × genotype interaction ( F = 2.45, p = 0.0157), indicating that the impact of PKN2 loss on heart shape depends on when the knockout was induced.
The main effect of ROIs was highly significant at the three thresholds ( F (5,233) = 18.99, p < 0.0001; F (5,201) = 12.80, p < 0.0001 and F (5,107) = 4.36, p < 0.0001), and interactions were observed between Age Group and ROIs in all but the most stringent threshold ( F (1,233) = 14.99, p = 0.0001; F (1,201) = 7.85, p = 0.006 and F (1,107) = 0.03, p = 0.864).
Prin1 showed a highly significant correlation to the genomic GC content ( R = 0.9394, p < 0.0001), indicating that, to a large extent, genomic GC content determined amino acid usage.
Remarkably, we found a significant trend of reduced N expression from BA.2 to XBB.1.5 in mice of all three age groups, including weanling mice (−R = 0.79, p < 0.0001), adult mice (−R = 0.73, p < 0.0001), and aged mice (−R = 0.73, p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 6 d).
In both groups, there was a significant trend towards progressive clearance of thrombotic masses from the vessel lumen ( p < 0.0001 for within-subject effect “time”).
All other comparisons between treatments across species are highly significant ( t 72 > 5.492, p < 0.0001).
Genotype explained a highly significant ( P < 0.0001) proportion of the variation for every trait except plant lifespan ( Table 2 ).
The induction of tetramer + T cell frequencies by peptide-spheres is highly significant ( p < 0.0001, median:0.050 vs 0.425, n =65) by the Mann-Whitney U test.
Here the application of CRMP-5 led to a highly significant increase in the amount of RGCs (p<0.0001).
