The control variable cohorts that demonstrated a highly significant association with increased case rates include physicians of male gender (p<0.0001), with 5–14 years of practice (p<0.05).
Excerpts
All potential covariates were non-significant and the final model contained only the highly significant effect of experiment type (F 6,113.1 = 11.46, P < 0.0001; Figure 1 ).
No protective habits were associated with the frequency of the outcome.- Among the different types of work, one is highly significant-forest work (RR= 1.43, 95% CI 1.22-1.69, p< 10-4).
Furthermore, the two-way ANOVA showed a highly significant interaction between CPS concentrations and UVB doses used in the experiment for both keratinocytes and fibroblasts ( P < 0.0001, Fig. 5 ).
Similarly, by week 36, a highly significant reduction of 37.3% was found in the Resmetirom group compared with a decrease of 8.5% in the placebo group ( P < 0.0001).
In a study involving 111 patients with primary malignant melanomas, 71 (64%) were shown to express β 3-integrins ( Hieken et al , 1999 ), and these individuals were more likely to develop lung metastasis and to die of their disease (45% (32 of 71 patients)) than were those with β 3-integrin-negative tumours (8% (three of 40 patients)), a finding that was highly significant ( P <0.0001).
Allelic association tests yielded 93 highly significant SNPs (p < 10 -4 , corrected for permutation tests).
Co-infection analysis showed a highly significant association with HIV (p<0.0001, OR=26.32, 95% CI: 20.22-34.28).
The results show that there is indeed a highly significant negative correlation (correlation coefficient R 2 = 0.87; P = 1 × 10 −04 ) between the degree of nucleotide bias and the d N/ d S ratio (see fig. 2 a ).
Patients with no fibrosis (F0) were young as compared to those who developed liver fibrosis (F1‐F3) or liver cirrhosis (F4) with an extremely significant difference ( P < 0.0001) based on the analysis of one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test as presented in Table 2 .
For discrimination of patients with metastasized NEN from presumably cured NEN patients, the combination of cfDNA concentration, hypomethylation, and cfDNA integrity revealed a highly significant AUC of 0.908 (95% CI, 0.83 to 0.99; p = 0.0001) with a positive predictive value (PPV) of 91.1% and negative predictive value (NPV) of 66.7% at the chosen classification cutoff of 0.5 ( Figure 4 B).
A highly significant overlap was found (Fisher’s Exact Test p < 0.0001), with 61 transcripts shared between the two sets.
The differential cellular distribution of ALCAM between pancreatic cancer and corresponding normal pancreatic tissue was highly significant ( P =0.0001, Table 1 ).
- C.-Neonatal factors: - Birth weight: There is a highly significant association between mothers who smoke and a higher incidence of low birth weight (<2500 g) with a P < 0.0001 and OR: 2.18.
Nominally significant MetaXcan results ( p < 10 −4 ) were investigated using gene set enrichment analysis. 2.8 Look‐Up of Results From Prior WL in COPD GWAS We compared significant results from our prior GWAS of WL in COPD [ 9 ] with results from the current analyses.
Highly significant association was found between naive CD4 T cells and CD4+ RTE (all p-values <0.0001).
An overall effect of month of COVID admission on odds of ICU/HDU admission was highly significant (Wald test p < 0.0001).
domesticus sub-species ( Table S2 ) based on highly significant discrimination of the modern sympatric species (MANOVA, Wilk’s Lambda = 0.087, df1 = 13, df2 = 26, F = 20.78, P <0.0001).
Three marker haplotype analyses revealed highly significant differences between CD patients and control subjects ( χ 2 = 29.9, df = 7, P = .0001) and UC cases and controls ( χ 2 = 46.3, df = 7, P < .0001).
The comparison of pre- versus post-flight values revealed that bodyweight increased in the flight group (8%, p = 0.0010), ground control (4%, p = 0.0456) and control vivarium groups (11%, p<0.0001) with overall effect of “time” being highly significant (F(1,104) = 59.79, p<0.0001).
There was a highly significant positive correlation between hepatic cellular infiltrates and the copy number of dnTGFβRII transgene (r = 0.9342, p<0.0001), indicating that abrogation of TGFβ signaling by higher copy number of dnTGFβRII contributes to the emergence of T cell lymphoma-like T cell infiltration.
Shoot Induction The ANOVA revealed that BAP alone as well as combined with IBA had a very highly significant ( p < 0.0001) effect on the rate of shoot induction, number of shoot, shoot length, and number of leaf per shoot ( Table 1 ).
2 A, treatment with the IC50 concentrations of Aurelia aurita (18 μg/mL), Rhopilema nomadica (25 μg/mL), and Anemonia sulcata (3269 μg/mL) venoms resulted in a highly significant increase in the total apoptosis percentage compared to their respective untreated control groups (p < 0.0001).
