The PADIT risk score was found to be highly significant ( P < 0.0001), with an estimated hazard ratio (HR) and corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) of 1.28 (95% CI 1.22, 1.33) ( Table 3 ); thus, the relative risk of a major CIED infection increased by 28% for each one unit increase in PADIT risk score.
nucleus-) was found to be highly significant for each metric: cDNA quantity, t = 11.53, p < 0.0001 and cDNA quality, t = 18.84, p < 0.0001 ( Figure 5—figure supplement 2A ).
This PBC-associated delay in CCA growth was highly significant (P < 0.0001, mixed-effects model) compared with control and PSC mice, with some tumors that even failed to develop in several (five out of nine) cases ( Fig. 3, C and D ; and Fig.
By modulating ATP levels through the addition of arsenate, we show that there is indeed a highly significant correlation ( P < 0.0001) between cellular ATP levels and the development of both IbpA and Ph aggregates at the population level ( Fig. 5D and E ), as was also reported previously ( 14 ).
Although there were no significant across population differences in mean observed heterozygosities (Ho) in both years (Friedman test: χ 2 0.05,5,17 = 5.662 , P = 0.340 for yr 1; yr 2 was similar), differences in allele composition and manner of pairing were evident from the highly significant genic and genotypic differentiation all P << 0.0001 .
The results of the ELISA and the relative density of the ICT showed a highly significant correlation (rs:0.935; p < 0.0001).
The Top ICH genes had highly significant and similar associations within the primary cluster that included intratumoral densities of CD45 + (r = 0.53–0.67, all p < 0.0001), CD8 + T cells (r = 0.48–0.71, all p < 0.0001, Fig. 3 B), CD20 + B cells (r = 0.47–0.56, all p < 0.0001), and CD138 + cells (0.37–0.5, all p < 0.0001, Additional file 1 : Table S1).
Moreover, the absorbance was rTsGSCP dose-dependent ( r = 0.976, P < 0.0001) and showed a positive trend with increasing rTsGSCP dose ( F = 99.967, P < 0.0001) (Figure 8 B).
Of note, there was a highly significant relationship between UH and CNOC status with most departments having the status of both (n=24/72) or neither UH nor CNOC (n=31/72; p<0.0001; Table 1 ).
The absorbance measure of the IEC proteins was dose-dependent ( r = 0.994, P < 0.0001) and showed an increasing trend with increasing IEC protein coating concentration ( F = 397.007, P < 0.0001) (Figure 8 A).
The pairwise F ST values between populations ranged from 0.018 between Tensed and Thornton populations to 0.147 between Dayton2 and Parker Farm populations, although all F ST values were determined to be highly significant through bootstrapping ( P < 0.0001; see Supporting Information—Table S3 ).
The linear model without the random effect between indentation modulus and the degree of mineralization is highly significant and the modulus increases with higher degree of mineralization (Fig. 8 A , linear model p < .0001).
Although we did multiple comparisons, due to our large study cohort, most of our results were highly significant ( p -value < 0.0001), and would remain significant after correction for multiple comparisons.
At the anterior end of the inflection point, there was no significant trend in current asthma risk with increasing log 1-Hydroxynaphthalene [0.90 (0.65, 1.25), p = 0.5418], whereas there was a significant trend in current asthma risk with increasing log 1-Hydroxynaphthalene at the posterior end of the inflection point [1.46 (1.27, 1.68), p < 0.0001].
