Combination of adipocytes and growth factors Cultures in minimal medium again showed a gradual decrease in CD34 + cell survival, however the addition of growth factors induced a highly significant ( p <0.0001) increase in the CD34 + cell proliferation, reaching a maximum at 2 weeks ( Fig. 3 ).

Integration of area under the curve revealed a 55%, 25% and 45% increase in the total area, average size and area fraction (total area /total pixels), representing the extent and intensity of staining, in malignant cores (n = 301) compared to benign cores (n = 299), respectively ( Fig 1E, F and G ) that were highly significant (p<0.0001, Student's t-test).
These trends, for both stage and grade, were highly significant ( p <0.0001 and p <0.0001, respectively).
Furthermore, both STED experiments showed, for all cell lines, a highly significant difference from the positive control ( p < 0.0001) using Fisher’s exact.
Mean FID in the 714 populations ranged from 1 to 180 m, mean (SE) = 11.46 m (1.03; back-transformed from log 10 -transformed data), with a highly significant effect of species ( F = 3.06, df = 158, 555, R 2 = 0.47, P <0.0001).
Statistical analysis confirmed highly significant differences across all concentration gradients (**** p < 0.0001), particularly at concentrations above 0.1 mg/mL where the scavenging efficiency showed marked enhancement.
Further analysis by Kruskal–Wallis showed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0001).
Concerning aerated areas, the results showed highly significant differences in the attenuation values for both lungs in sedated animals compared to those during spontaneous breathing under anesthesia ( p < 0.0001) and during induced apnea ( p < 0.0001) ( Table 1 ).
Differences in acceptability between the two treatment forms were highly significant (p < 0.0001, effect size 0.9): half of the participants allocated to the chocolate treatment found it hard to eat 50 g of dark chocolate every day and 20% considered it an unacceptable long-term treatment option, whereas all participants found it easy and acceptable to take a capsule each day for blood pressure (Table 4 ).
Using a mixed model to allow for correlation of the data, we found a highly significant difference (p < 0.0001) between weak and strong tapping ( Figure 1d ).
Furthermore, central nervous system (CNS) involvement, including diseases such as cerebrovascular disease and cognitive dysfunction, shows an increasing trend, starting at 0.26% in the T0 group and reaching 2.48% in the T4 group (Fig. 1 G and Table 3 ; p < 0.0001).
These plots display that while cadence is not different between TD and CPH groups, there was a 22.0% decrease in walking speed in the CPH group ( P < 0.0001) and highly significant ( P < 0.0001) increases in knee flexion in stance phase (21.57° increase in CPH), swing phase (14.57° increase in CPH), initial contact (IC) (35.53° increase in CPH) and overall (18.58° increase in CPH) ( Fig. 6C and D ).
RESULTS One way ANOVA test on intergroup comparison was applied which disclosed difference in hardness values both among different experimental groups and control group and suggested a highly significant p-value (p ≤ 0.0001).
This difference was highly significant for the screen detected cancers (P <0.0001).
Using the Log Rank test, the overall difference between the various treatment groups and untreated controls was highly significant (P < 0.0001), as were the differences between animals that were X-irradiated vs. those that received combination therapy (P ≤0.003).
There was a highly significant association between average workload and shift ( P < 0.0001).
With ‘batch’ included as an independent variable, the effect of training is minimal ( P = 0.33), whereas omission of ‘batch’ altogether leads to a highly significant effect of training ( P < 0.0001).
In addition, Spearman’s correlation analysis showed a moderately significant association between 2-methylbutyric acid and CHD development ( r = 0.5037, p = 0.0001).
Based on the 24 infested plants, we found a highly significant positive correlation ( P < 0.0001) between the 72 pairwise observations of mites on leaves ( \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsi
The mean body weight of the intervention group at baseline was 55.75 ± 8.61 kg, which was reduced to 54.28 ± 8.12 kg at the end of the study; this difference is highly significant ( P = 0.0001).
A scatter plot of PIP expression versus that of the PIP-activated metagene across 557 BCa tumors revealed a highly significant positive correlation (r 2 = 0.4; p <0.0001), suggesting that in a clinical setting, PIP most likely regulates genes comprising the PIP-activated metagene as defined in the T47D/shPIP dox culture system ( Figure 2B ).
auris , RZF demonstrated highly significant differences between MIC and MBC ( P < 0.0001) and between MIC and MBEC ( P = 0.0084), indicating a substantial increase in concentration required to target biofilm-related states.
As expected, the effect of condition (estimated in independent data) was highly significant ( sentences > nonwords , β = 1.897, t = 23.570, p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 2B, C ); in contrast, the main effect of localizer version was not significant ( speeded > standard , β = -0.068, t = -0.851, p = 0.395).
Results: Data analysis shows that sleep quality (t = 33.35) ( P = 0.0000) and mental ability (t = 35.33) ( P = 0.0001) are both highly significant at P =0.0001.
