We found 449 genes common to both DEG sets of mouse Lhx2 cko and PRDM16 mutant organoids, which is highly significant based on hypergeometric statistics showing a representation factor 55.3 with a P -value < 0.00001 (see Methods) ( Supplementary Fig. 4D ).
In fact, both correlations are highly significant (p < 0.00001 for each in Fig 2B ).
Also, the random effect of study was highly significant for the half‐life analysis ( p < 0.00001), but there was no significant random effect of study for the percent recalcitrance model ( p = 1).
Most babies (66/74, 89%) experienced a fall in their z -score between stoma formation and reversal, and this growth failure was highly significant ( P < 0.00001, paired Wilcoxon signed-rank analysis).
Two of these loci, 3p24.1 and 16q12.1, are nominally significant ( P < 1 × 10 −5 ) in our GWAS meta-analysis, but the remaining three loci (3q29, 17q25.3 and a distinct region at 22q13.1) do not reach nominal significance.
As a result of the general linear mixed model that included the familiarity index as a fixed factor, the effect of the familiarity index of character-specific learning was highly significant [ F (1,3576) = 48.84, p < 0.00001, f 2 = 0.007416].
Future habitat suitability variation Pearson’s correlation coefficients between the habitat suitability maps generated for the different timeframes (2041-2060 and 2061-2080) and future climate scenarios were all higher than 0.999 for the ALP models and between 0.991 and 0.999 for APE; all the correlations were highly significant after Dutilleul's correction for spatial autocorrelation (p < 1×10 −5 ).
The differences were found to be highly significant ( t -test, p < 0.00001).

The analysis revealed a highly significant preference (Chi 2 = 47.145, p < 0.00001) towards conservative decisions (81.65%, n = 178) compared to invasive approaches (18.35%, n = 40).
The combined group demonstrated a substantially larger and highly significant positive effect (SMD = 2.02, 95% CI: 1.83 to 2.21; P < 0.00001).
LR was observed in 80% of patients with postoperative AL (4/5) while only 9% of patients without AL (12/130); the difference was highly significant (p = 0.00001).
Comparison of Cd, Pb, and Zn accumulation in the red fox ( Vulpes vulpes ) and in two rodent species: the yellow-necked mouse ( Apodemus flavicollis ) and bank vole (Myodes glareolus ) The relationship between Pb concentrations in the soil and in the livers of red foxes and the two rodent species were highly significant ( p < 1 × 10 −5 ).
There was a highly significant and very strong correlation between the TRAK and the volume encompassed by the reference isodose surface volume (15 Gy isodose) ( p < 10 −5 , rho = 0.84) ( Figure 1 ). 3.3.
In six of the ten disorder/breed combinations (prcd-PRA, Labrador Retriever and Cocker Spaniel; PLL, Miniature Bull Terrier; EF, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel; PRA-rcd4, Gordon Setter and Irish Setter) there was a highly significant difference (P<0.1x10 -4 ) between the observed progeny hereditary genotype frequencies and those expected from random mating of parents (born t-2 to t-4 years) with known genotypes, providing unequivocal evidence of selection.
Overall, highly significant PFS was achieved with ALK inhibitors compared to chemotherapy (HR 0.42 [0.35, 0.50; p < 0.00001]) (Figure 2 ).
The Wald test and the likelihood ratio test were highly significant (P<0.00001 for both tests and for either model), and the pseudo-R 2 value and Hosmer and Lemeshow test confirmed the goodness-of-fit of both models.
A positive trend was observed especially during sailing sessions, with SpO2 increasing by 3% (M2 97%; Q = 8.97; p = 0.00001) compared to baseline.
7c ), the VOPP1 / WWOX ratio was a highly significant variable ( p < 0.00001) with a hazard ratio of 3.2 (95% CI 1.9–5.3).
