A Chi-square test was conducted to assess the association between case distribution and seasons, revealing a highly significant relationship (Chi 2 = 519.324, p < 0.00001), suggesting a strong deviation from the expected seasonal distribution.
However, in our analysis, none of the 100 000 permutations produced a difference greater than or equal to the observed value for any allele, indicating a highly significant and robust central bulging effect (empirical p < 1 × 10 − 5 ).
Lower HR after repeated performances The Friedman Test for changes in HR, including baseline (a 1 min run of hopping on the spot) and the three live performances, revealed highly significant changes ( p = 0.00001).
Variants were thus discarded if: (i) UCSC alignability ≠ 1 (100bp window size); (ii) variant within 10 bps of a simple repeat region; (iii) highly significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) in cases or controls ( P <10 −5 ); (iv) no call rate significantly different between case-samples and control-samples ( P <10 −5 ); (v) no call rate across either case or control samples >0.03.
This revealed a total of 52 out of 176 neurofeedback runs that achieved high regulation (~30%; median per participant: 2; MAD: 1.7; range: 0–6), which was highly significant according to binomial testing ( P < 0.00001) (Fig. 2C ).
For all data sets (cortical CBF, subcortical CBF or RBF; during blood removal or reperfusion), three-parameter logistic regression curves with highly significant correlations for blood flow and MABP could be fitted to the data ( Figure 4 ; correlation coefficients are given in the respective panels; p < 0.00001 for all data sets).
Most babies (66/74, 89%) experienced a fall in their z -score between stoma formation and reversal, and this growth failure was highly significant ( P < 0.00001, paired Wilcoxon signed-rank analysis).
In our study, the 2R/3R genotype was the most prevalent among Jordanian women, representing 69% of the control group and 50% of breast cancer patients—a difference that was highly significant ( p < 0.00001).
These differences are highly significant ( p < 0.00001) whether compared as frequency, average, or normalized by CNV size.
5 showed a highly significant difference for these pairs of groups, p < 0.00001.
A paired t-test comparing males and females showed a highly significant difference (t = -12.62, p < 0.00001), indicating that females consistently had higher values compared to males.
There was very highly significant difference in the marital status of the two groups of study p=0.00001; HIV+ve had more divorcees and widows than HIV-ve (8.6% vs 1.9%), (25.7% vs3.8%) respectively and 88.9% (n=24/27) of the HIV+ve widows testified that their husbands died of HIV infections.
Statistical analysis of the obtained data showed highly significant ( p < 0.00001) differences in all domains of quality of life between the studied time points.
In terms of knowledge regarding flossing, 88% dental and 64% medical students had heard about flossing, and the difference was highly significant ( P =0.00001).
3-way ANOVA for mechanical thresholds as a function of animal grouping, day of test, and paw tested was highly significant for all 3 factors (for animal grouping F 2,199 = 370.; for test day F 3,199 = 157.; and for paw tested F 3,199 = 1407.; p < 10 -5 for all 3 factors), for their pair-wise interactions (p < 10 -5 ) and for their 3 way interaction (p < 10 -5 ).
There was a highly significant association between age and attitude (X 2 =33.3, p=0.00001).
Seven other RSA traits were modified in both IL99 and Ruta reflecting the common response to LN (Figure 3a–g ) but showed a highly significant change in IL99 ( p < 0.00001) and lower significance in Ruta, including maximum number of roots*, number of root tips, total root length*, network area*, volume, surface area, and holes* (i.e., traits marked with* were advantageous in IL99 over Ruta under the LN treatment (Figure 3a–g ).
For dentin permeability, the Nd: YAG laser group differed significantly from the EDTA gel group ( p = 0.0032), while the combined treatment group showed highly significant differences compared with both the EDTA gel group and the Nd: YAG laser group ( p < 0.00001).
This difference between the juvenile and adult volumes was highly significant ( P < 10 −5 , unpaired t test, t = 7.9, d.f. = 14, comparing trace volumes of juveniles with trace volumes of non-manipulated adult birds with n ≥ 6 HVC X /bird).
In all cases, differences between gamete-specific loci and seedling-specific loci were highly significant ( P < 10 −5 , Tukey test using a generalized linear model with logit link).
Expression of the four genes was correlated with highly significant correlation between PPARG, LPL and CD36 ( r > 0.9; P < 0.00001), and moderately significantly correlation with FABP4 ( r > 0.6, P < 0.001).
