These changes correspond to a highly significant ( t (44) = 5.10, p < 0.00001) decrease in average FA in the white matter between left thalamus and left IPL (Figure 2B ).
The STRING (Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/proteins) functional analysis of DAPs during the 8–12 cell-to-morula transition confirmed the highly significant enrichment in the ribosome, spliceosome and RNA transport pathways (p-values < 10 −5 ; see all enriched terms during the 8–12 cell-to-morula transition in Supplementary Table S5 ).
Increasing UF volume or dialysate flow led to a highly significant increase in IL-1 receptor antagonist and IL-6 clearance rates ( P < 0.00001).
The difference was highly significant (p < 0.00001), indicating that surgery provides faster and better functional recovery.
Combined immunotherapy and antiangiogenic therapy also showed a favorable trend compared to Sunitinib regarding objective response rate (OR=2.53 (2.23, 2.87), P < 0.00001) (Figure 4 ).
The deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium is highly significant ( P < 10 −5 , Fisher’s Exact Test 40 ) with a complete absence of heterozygotes.
The combined group demonstrated a substantially larger and highly significant positive effect (SMD = 2.02, 95% CI: 1.83 to 2.21; P < 0.00001).
Variants were thus discarded if: (i) UCSC alignability ≠ 1 (100bp window size); (ii) variant within 10 bps of a simple repeat region; (iii) highly significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) in cases or controls ( P <10 −5 ); (iv) no call rate significantly different between case-samples and control-samples ( P <10 −5 ); (v) no call rate across either case or control samples >0.03.
Among the top most highly significant pathways ( P < 1.0 × 10 − 5 ) included the pathways involved in MSP-RON, PDGF, molecular mechanisms of cancer, STAT3, prostate cancer, P53, MYC mediated apoptosis, IGF-1, NF-kB, Androgen biosynthesis, PTEN and IL-6 signaling pathways (Fig. 5 ).
The linear-regression analysis between the number of CAG repeats in the expanded allele and age at onset was highly significant ( p < 0.00001).
These data demonstrate a high degree of gene expression dysregulation in the peripheral blood of patients with FA with a highly significant ( P < .00001) skewing in favor of upregulated genes.
The correlation between various stages of OSMF with SOD (per/ml) and MDA (nmol/dl) by Spearman's rank correlation method indicated a significant ( P = 0.0010) moderate inverse relationship between various grades of OSMF with SOD as Spearman R (r s ) was 0.5700 and a highly significant ( P = 0.00001) direct strong relationship between various grades of OSMF with MDA as Spearman R (r s ) was 0.6725 [ Table 4 ].
Comparing the proportion of stage I PDACs to the national average is highly significant; in 2016, 5.4% of 8,398 PDACs in the SEER database (National Cancer Institute-SEER) were stage I by surgical pathology ( P < .00001, Fisher's exact test). 3 Seven of the nine patients diagnosed with a screen-detected PDAC are alive, with median overall survival to date of 3.84 years.
Moreover, the fluorescence intensities standard deviations differences between the groups were highly significant (W = 56,296, p -value < 0.00001; Fig. 3 b).
There was significant differences in adiponectin serum levels between treated groups and nontreated group (control), this difference was highly significant between omega-3 fatty acid and rosuvastatin plus omega-3 fatty acid ( P = 0.00001), whereas less significant between rosuvastatin and rosuvastatin plus omega-3 fatty acid-treated group and insignificant between rosuvastatin and omega-3 fatty acid-treated group [ Table 4 ].
