Results The statistical analysis of the Dice coefficients and the BLD values resulted in highly significant differences (p<10 −6 ) for the 5-mm and 8-mm local RRs vs the global, bony and 1-mm local RRs.

Following previous umbrella reviews, 13 we considered as convincing the associations with>1000 cases a highly significant association (p-value<1 × 10 −6 ), no large between-study heterogeneity, no evidence of excess significance bias or small study effects, and a 95% prediction interval excluding the null value.
The difference, when tested by a likelihood ratio test, is highly significant (likelihood ratio chi-square = 931.0514, DF = 17, p < 0.000001).
For the average GR frequency, ANOVA also showed a highly significant effect of Condition ( F (4,200) = 325.9, G–G ε = 0.37, P < 1e−6, ηp 2 = 0.86; Fig. 2C ), but no effects of Group ( F (1,50) = 0.81, P = 0.37, ηp 2 = 0.02) or Group*Condition interaction ( F (4,200) = 0.32, P = 0.86, ηp 2 = 0.01).
In pairwise comparison, no difference in VAS between Pfizer and Moderna was found ( p = 0.49), whereas the difference in VAS between both the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccine and the Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccine were highly significant (for both pairwise comparisons p < 0.000001).
In this study, a highly significant ( P < 10 −6 ) and consistent decline was observed with the frequency of consumption. 250 Similarly, another case-control study in Puerto Rico ( n = 314) found that consumption of sofrito (a diet based on garlic and onion) was inversely associated with the occurrence of BC.
Analysis of the linear model including both species and sex as predictors of fore wing length revealed that this simple model explained much of the variation in size among the cicadas, and that the effects of both predictors were highly significant ( R 2 = 0.805, p < 0.000001 for both variables).
The degree of reading impairment in patients, however, was significantly larger for passage than word reading, as evidenced by a highly significant Group (patients, controls) × Test (GORT, WRAT) (F(1,36) = 34.29, p = 10 − 6 ) interaction.
6 B ), the differences were highly significant (paired t -test, df = 128, P < 10 −6 ).
The likelihood ratio test was highly significant (χ 2 = 49.02, df = 10, p < 0.000001), as was the Wald test (χ 2 = 51.80, df = 10, p < 0.000001), indicating that the predictors collectively contributed meaningfully to HBV status classification.
The analysis of the heat stress data also revealed that the number of highly significant genes (unadjusted p < 10 −6 ) increased with the number of included experiments.
A one-way repeated measures ANOVA confirms that the number of items had a highly significant effect on identification accuracy ( F (3,15) = 42.8, p <0.000001).
Based on the training data (and the additive model unless specified otherwise), we detected 1,758 marginally significant SNPs at p < 10 − 6 ; after removing those in high LD (i.e., correlation > 0.99 ), we had 1,652 SNPs.
Similarly, the marital status distribution (35 single individuals out of 40 cases) showed a highly significant deviation from the expected proportion ( p = 0.000001), suggesting that single individuals are at notably higher risk.
A highly significant association between clinical type and degree of expression was observed exclusively for the Le y antigen (χ2 = 41.21; p < 0.000001), demonstrating that the intensity of its expression varies according to the clinical spectrum of leprosy.
The differences found were highly significant related to group B vs group A (χ2 85,63 p <0.000001; O.R. 2,69 [2,16-3,34] )and related to group B vs group C (χ2 33,1 p < 0.000001; O.R 2,39 [1,75-3,26]).
SwinIR and SeD fell below clinically acceptable thresholds, showing scores near 1.0 and highly significant differences across all categories ( P < .000001).
We observed a highly significant reduction in rolling in response to noxious stimuli compared to both controls when we inactivated the nociceptive class IV neurons (Chi square test, p< 10 −6 , Fig. 4A and 4B and Table S1 ) [2] , [29] , [40] .
The difference between the removal of the 5224 genes with high LEVs (improvement of interlaboratory correlation of 0.03) and random deletion of 5224 genes (mean increment of interlaboratory correlation of –0.00016) was highly significant ( P < 10 −6 ).
The observed signal for G is statistically highly significant as evidenced by randomization calculations ( P -value < 10 − 6 , Figure 2 B).
The differences among the three classes were highly significant (overall differences tested by ANOVA: F 2,141 = 19.5, P<10 −6 ; pairwise t tests: least significant p value <10 −3 ).
The difference between means of traffic exposure groups was highly significant (Wilcoxon test, p < 0.000001).
It is important that Thioalkalivibrio , Pediococcus , and Faecalibaculum showed highly significant disparities (FDR-adjusted p < 1.0 × 10 −6 ).
B) led to a robust and highly significant (p<10 −6 ) expressional reprogramming of the genes functionally linked to olfaction (36 DEGs), olfactory response (35 DEGs), signal transduction (51 DEGs) and cell-cell communication (52 DEGs).
Within these 47 regions, we also assessed whether the traits that did not have a variant with p < 5 x 10 − 8 , had a moderately significant variant with p < 1 x 10 − 6 ; signals from such traits were also included in our fine-mapping.
