This raises the question whether the observed alteration in mib1 ta52b mutant neural tube proportions may be a secondary consequence of this reduction in cell number? Our observations argue against this hypothesis: First, the injection of NICD promotes a partial but clearly significant (p = 1.14E-08) restoration of neural tube proportions (Fig. 8p,q ) while triggering only a minor and non-significant (p = 0.129) increase in neural tube cell number (Supplementary Fig.

For example, of the 559 genes in the Chen androgen signature (448 of which were represented in at least three prostate tumor datasets), 29 were correlated ( p <0.05) with KLK3 in at least three out of the four prostate tumor datasets; by chance, nine were expected, and so the amount of actual overlap was quite significant ( p = 1.2E-08).
For the same set of 1392 genes, the most highly significant canonical pathways were “Synaptic Long Term Depression” ( P = 1.2e-8), “Axonal Guidance Signaling” ( P = 3.4e-7), “CREB (cAMP response element-binding protein) Signaling in Neurons” ( P = 4.3e-7), “Neuropathic Pain Signaling in Dorsal Horn Neurons” ( P = 4.7e-7), and “Melatonin signalling” ( P = 5e-7).

Analysis of the strain differences produced highly significant results using both ANOVA and the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test (p-value = 1.25×10 −8 and 2.37×10 −5 , respectively).
This finding was highly significant, suggesting that individuals with poor sleep quality experience significantly more severe symptoms of IPD ( p = 1.25 × 10 −8 ).
There was a highly significant positive relationship between tissue 13 C and 15 N for pitchers harvested 3-h after receiving U-Phe at both Fort Albany ( P = 1.28×10 −8 ; Fig. 3C ) and Tom Swamp ( P = 7.17×10 −8 ; Fig. 3D ).
5 e), TMB values also increased with the progression of the stage, with highly significant differences in TMB between T2 and T4 ( p = 1.3e−08) and between T1 and T4 ( p = 0.0001).
Accordingly, we found highly significant interactions between temperature and sex ( χ 2 = 36.4, p = 1.3e‐08).

Integrating genome-wide association study of 47 F 2 roosters with population resequencing ( n = 50), we identified a highly significant locus on chromosome 33 ( P = 1.35E−8) harboring PMEL as the sole credible candidate.
A Wilcoxon test of higher expression of the “little” exon in those over 10 years old across all brain regions was highly significant ( p -value = 1.386e−08).
If we solely consider the overlap amongst the eight brain studies, there is relatively low, but highly significant, levels of replication (p = 1.4e −8 ).
For this list of 1409 DETs unique to the ASD GI ileal biopsies, the Diseases and Disorders category returned highly significant associations with: (1) gastrointestinal disease [217 genes; p = 1.4×10 −08 ] including inflammatory bowel disease [42 genes; p = 3.2×10 −05 ] and colitis [25 genes; p = 8,8×10 −04 ] and (2) inflammatory response [198 genes; p = 3.8×10 −07 ] including inflammation of organ [88 genes; p = 3.8×10 −7 ], antibody response [27 genes; p = 2.1×10 −6 ] and activation of leukocytes [74 genes; p = 4.9×10 −6 ].
Beloniformes Based on independent contrasts, the relationship between the number of abdominal vertebrae and log FR is highly significant (r = 0.61, P = 1.42 × 10 -8 ; df = 66; Figure 7 a); that between the number of caudal vertebrae and FR is also significant but the correlation is not as strong (r = 0.4, P = 3.30 × 10 -4 ; df = 66), and that between the number of abdominal and caudal vertebrae is also significant and positive (r = 0.57, P = 2.33 × 10 -7 ; df = 66; Figure 7 b).
