This test also shows that the difference between AI and human text is highly significant (− log 10 (p)≈8, p ≈ 3.69 × 10−9), and it is due to AI text often having less variety in its vocabulary.

Moreover, the correlation between ensemble mean forecasts of SST EEIO and their error is highly significant (r = 0.77, p < 10 − 8 ), i.e. small real multi-annual variations in the state of the IOD are vastly exaggerated by the hindcasts and indicate state-dependence of SEAS5 forecast errors in the EEIO.
Statistical analysis of the asexual parasite prevalence by Chi-square test showed a highly significant reduction of the prevalence with increasing altitude ( χ 2 = 55.74, df =2, p =10 −8 ).
These genes were chosen on the basis of showing highly significant self-linkage ( p < 10 −8 ) and at least a 1.2-fold difference in expression between segregants bearing the BY and RM alleles, such that no false positives and only one chance trans linkage due to a nearby gene were expected (see Materials and Methods ).
Most regions demonstrated significant heritability contributions to KC, particularly chr8:79,756,170–81,340,231, which exhibited highly significant h2 across KC, AD, AC, and AA (all P < 1 × 10−8).
In this analysis, 263 p53 target genes were co-bound by JMJD3, which gives a highly significant overlap between JMJD3 and p53 target genes (p<10 −8 ).
Serum levels of 10 biomarkers correlated (r > 0.2, P < 0.05) with the level of fT4 and 12 with the level of TRAb (Supplementary Table). Six biomarkers showed a highly significant increase ( P < 1 × 10 −8 ) between patients with GD and HS ( Fig. 2 ), most significant for TNF receptor superfamily member 9 (TNFRSF9).
This result was highly significant (χ 2 = 33.68, p = 1E-8), with 52/166 (31.3 %) genes detected by proteomics showing increased expression in PD, compared with 518/929 (55.7 %) genes not detected by proteomics showing increased expression in PD.
All intereye correlations were highly significant ( P < 1x10 −8 ).
Because of this bias, PBIF modeling found a larger decrease in V T in cannabis smokers (−27% in the prefrontal cortex compared with −19% using full input), and the group×region interaction was statistically highly significant (F = 17.1, p = 0.00000001) ( Fig. 2B ).
SRI had highly significant negative linear (Pearson) correlations with standard deviations of sleep onset time (r = −0.66, p < 10 −8 ), wake time (r = −0.62, p < 10 −7 ), and mid-sleep time (r = −0.62, p < 10 −7 ).
We chose SNPs for the model that were highly significant and not in strong LD with each other (i.e., P < 10 -8 for r 2 between SNPs).
The association of this subset of taxa with the target phenotype was highly significant ( p -value < 10 –8 ).
Both the integrated fluorescence intensities, which represent the amount of DNA per nucleoid ( Figures 3B,D and Table 1 , columns 11 and 12), and the measurements of nucleoid lengths ( Table 1 , columns 13 and 14) indicate that the difference in DNA between small and large deeply-constricted cells at the fast growth rate is highly significant ( p < 10 -8 , as determined by a two-tail t -test); at the slow growth rate, the difference remains significant, but just barely ( p = 0.035).
We show this to be a highly significant ( p < 10 –8 ) result with a large effect size.
Welch’s t -tests yielded directionally consistent and highly significant differences (e.g., Depression p ≈ 1.0 × 10 −8 ).
Statistical analysis showed that the increase in inter-click angle was highly significant ( Figure 2A , bottom: one-way ANOVA: F >71, p <10 −8 ; post-hoc t tests: p <10 −11 for comparing one-object experiments after locking versus no-object experiments; p <10 −6 for multiple-object experiments after locking versus one-object after locking).
This difference is significant for six of the 12 genes ( p <0.05), and highly significant when all 12 genes are pooled ( p <10 −8 ; Table 3 ).
These measurements, distinguishing biopsy-positive from biopsy-negative men, were highly significant ( P < 10 −8 ; 100% sensitivity and 81.8% specificity).
Compared to peaks containing L-CTCF-BSs, P-CTCF-BSs exhibited a higher mutation rate of 1.34 and 1.25 times per CTCF-BS for LNCaP and MCF7 respectively ( Supplementary Table S4 ), and the elevated rate is highly significant ( P -value < 1 × 10 −8 ) as determined by a permutation test (Materials and methods) (Figure 2A , B ).
PCs one, two, four, and five were all highly significant in association tests with cases and controls (all p ≤ 10 -8 ).
There was no significant difference in the family effect between years (interaction family × year not significant; LRT: χ 2 = 1.2; df = 2; p = .552), but the family effect was highly significant ( χ 2 = 32.6; df = 1; p = 1 × 10 ‐ 8 , Table S2 ) and the heritability of the sensitivity to vernalization was 0.19 (±0.04) (Table 2 ).
XPO4 and IP6K1 have highly significant differences in effect ( p = 1 × 10 −8 , 3.2 × 10 −5 ), both reflecting large effects in Thomsen et al. and smaller or zero effects in other studies.
While we found no obvious and consistent correlations between GWAS gene significance and FCs (electronic supplementary material, figure S4 a–g ), we identified GRIN2A and KCNB1 with highly significant GWAS associations ( p < 10 −8 ) in all seven diseases, and more strongly upregulated TL (FDR < 0.05, log 2 FC (TL/FL) > 1) in either both INH/EX ( GRIN2A ) or in INH ( KCNB1 ) ( figure 1 f,h ).
