In both cases the difference is highly significant ( P << 10 −10 ).

Gene expression profiles of the mammary tumors for MMTV-cyclin D1 KE and MMTV-cyclin D1 WT mice showed highly significant overlap ( p < 1 × 10 −10 ) ( Supplementary Figure S9A–S9C and Dataset S2).
Indeed, we observed a highly significant enrichment of H3K9 methylation at 49 known 26G loci ( Vasale et al. 2010 ) compared to 100 random genes ( P -value < 1 × 10 −10 ) ( Fig. 5C ).
Using this epilepsy model, we were able to demonstrate that the genetic pH reporters E 2 GFP and deGFP4 are able to detect a highly significant negative shift in pH during epileptiform activity (E 2 GFP: P < 10 −10 , n = 40, deGFP4: P < 10 −7 , n = 19, paired t test).
This difference is highly significant (P<10 −10 , Mann-Whitney U-test, n = 100) [59] .
The results showed that 52 genes were shared in these two gene sets, and this overlap was highly significant by hypergeometric test (p-value < 10 −10 ), indicating a strong connection between AD and PD at the molecular level.
The Pearson correlation coefficients for branching density and asymmetry index ( R = −0.50) and for bifurcation amplitude remote and asymmetry ( R = 0.51) are both statistically highly significant ( p < 10 −10 ).
In these studies, a highly significant ( P <1×10 −10 ) association was detected for CDKAL1 , in accordance with the present study in Japanese.
For genes from each cluster, he used a tool to run enrichment analysis and visually examined groupings of annotations that were highly significant (e.g. p ≤ 10 -10 ).
A P -value of 0.007 was achieved when testing the difference between carbonate content between low-grade DCIS and ICs G1, whereas the statistical difference between moderate-grade DCIS and IC G2 and high-grade DCIS and IC G3 were once again highly significant with P -values <10 −10 .
This is striking because our statistical analyses show that overlap between groups is highly significant ( P value ≤10 −10 ) ( Fig. 5 ), so the probability of identifying 24 genes by random chance is very low.
A Wilcoxon rank-sum test performed for the fraction of bacteriocin-matching reads per total number of reads in the infant-like metagenomes and adult-like metagenomes indicated that there was a highly significant difference in all cases ( p < 10 –10 ).
The difference between the total scores of the study population (29) and the norm population in 1988 (35.79) was highly significant ( p < 10 −10 ) [ 1 ].
Numbers in bold indicate highly significant partial correlations ( P < 1 e - 10).
This difference was statistically highly significant ( p < 10 −10 ).
Across multiple Glomeromycetes species, chi-square tests of double-base substitution bias gave highly significant P value (all p < 10 − 10 ), and TT>AA, TA>AT, and AT>TA repeatedly showed the strongest positive standardized residuals within the TT, TA, and AT categories, respectively ( Supplementary Tables S4 , available as supplementary material at Bioinformatics Advances online; Supplementary Methods , secti
This is highly significant ( p -value < 10 −10 ) at or beyond the α = 0.05 level.
Initially, we restricted our study to SNPs present in both studies with highly significant p -values for T1D and RPS26 eQTL ( p < 10 −10 in both cases).
The top four most enriched terms among upregulated genes were extremely significant, with a p -value < 10 −10 .
A two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with bin and trial type (target or distractor in RF) as factors confirmed that there was a highly significant effect of time ( p < 10 −10 ) but no effect of trial type or interaction between time bin and trial type ( p > 0.1).
Notably, magnesium, potassium, Folate, and vitamins A, C and E demonstrated highly significant associations with Prudent dietary adherence ( p < 1 × 10− 10 ), consistent with their known roles in oxidative stress, inflammation, and vascular health [ 67 ].
All the above-described effects are highly significant from zero ( Figure 1 B), with p < 10 −10 , except for KantF, which had a p value of 0.0073.
Relatively large and highly significant interaction effects were found in the gradients of WF ( β PD = 0.46, 95% CI = [0.33, 0.59], P < 10 −10 ) and R2* ( β PD = -0.47, 95% CI = [−0.63, -0.32], P < 10 −7 ).
The downregulated modules include 170 genes ( p < 1e-06), among them 13 highly significant genes ( p < 1e-10): COL10A1 , SAMD9 , PLPP4 , COMP , POSTN , IGHV4–31 , THBS2 , MMP9 , FNDC1 , HOPX , TMEM200A , INHBA , and SULF1 .
